Location is fantastic. Walkable distance to the city historic center. Amenities are top notch! Very pleasant staff at your service and very responsive! I recommend!

Very friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. The room was comfortable and clean. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and we will certainly come back.

It’s a beautiful hidden gem. The service and accommodations are lovely. The staff is very helpful with directions and suggestions. You have a beautiful property with amazing relaxing gardens and a quiet atmosphere.

Luckily we had a room which had been recently renovated, so it was clean and comfortable, but I don't know about the other types of rooms.I liked the grounds with so many plants and trees, it was quiet and the air was fresh.We would maybe like to return one day.

Most part of the staff couldn't speak English and although they wanted to be helpful sometimes this was difficult.Dinner was a bit of a disappointment,mostly because of staff, not food.

The breakfast was good. The property and premises were beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is a bit far from the town or shops and restaurants, so it would help to have a car.

Wonderful hotel, very spacious room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and breakfast location so peaceful and quiet - really felt like holidays!

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime if we’re in the area!

The outdoor jacuzzi

We asked for a vegetarian dinner. The answer: we are a non vegetarian restaurant. We ate somewhere else.

Location , outside areas, all food and staff.

Unfortunately we had poor weather and apart from bedrooms there was almost no inside sitting area. This hotel has fabulous gardens and lounging areas but very little for guests indoors when the weather is poor.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor jacuzzi which had a fantastic panoramic view, and the indoor swimming pool. It was too cold to use the outdoor one. We had two excellent dinners, expensive but fabulous food and friendly staff who made a real effort to make sure we were comfortable. Room was a good size, huge bed and good size bathroom.

I had a bright light outside which changed colour and kept me awake at night as the blinds were not wide enough to shut it out. Really annoying. Breakfast wasnt great for the money. We arrived at 9am and some of the fresh items had gone. When I asked if they could be replaced the restaurant manager tapped his watch as if to say we were late, although I think they stopped serving at 10am. We didnt bother again.

Everything was perfect: very light and clean bathroom , amazing food in the restaurant.

Only one small change to make - please put rubber rugs in the bathroom as otherwise it is very slippery and I hurt my toe.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and facilities such as kettle and fridge. Weather was hot but rooms stayed nice and cool. Pool and spa were gorgeous and it was very family friendly. Staff always on hand and helpful. We ate in the restaurant - lunch by the pool was delicious and the bbq night was excellent

Charming calm place in wonderful surroundings/10 min walk to Vence. Beautiful swimmingpool and very very nice dinner:-)

Rooms are not soundproof/you can hear the voice in the room next door.

The location was a good base for seeing Vence, St Paul de Vence and Tourettes sur loup. Dining area was attractive.Petangue area was a welcome extra facility.

Breakfast was varied and ample but way too expensive (7e more expensive than an equivalent hotel in Bealieu sur mer)Balcony of room was covered in debris (even before the winds) and had no view because the trees were so close.Pool area a little tired, although softened by attractive flower beds.Dining staff great, reception staff ok.For the price of the accommodation, the loungers and towels need to be a little smarter.Generally, just expected a little more for the price of the stay.

Better tea and coffee options in the room would be nice. If the rooms had an espresso machine it would be a great advantage

the property itself is gorgeous and the grounds and rooms are very well maintained. The staff are all exceedingly friendly. the restaurant is super high quality, and has great staff, Pascal is a gem of a human being and we’ll be coming back for sure just because of the level of hospitality he provided along with the other staff.

depending on what room you are in it can be a long walk involving many staircases from your vehicle down to the room so pack light.

Lots to like: fabulous location, beautifully maintained and great resources. Really charming staff. The treatments in the spa were fantastic.

The food offering is a little rigid. Formal a la carte dining the only option in the evening. A simple room service menu would have been welcome, particularly as the restaurant is closed Sunday night to Tuesday lunch. Late night loud music for a couple of nights was intrusive.

Relaxing stay! The facilities were nice, the two pools and the hot tub were well kept and relaxing. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The service wasn’t quite at the standard we had expected for 4 star.

Lovely facilities. Thought the spa treatments overpriced so we never booked any.

Breakfast was disappointing not enough choices we thought.
