Old dirty hotel, the only good thing is the pool.. And they have lunch break at the reception—you even can’t enter tge building and leave the bags before 2 pm..

Great value for money! Conveniently located near the Vence town centre. The room (superior double) was basic in style and infrastructure but very comfortable and nice, with a little balcony. It was a short, 10 min walk to the bus station and about 15 min to the town center. It is well connected with Nice and St Paul de Vence, the nearest attraction.

The hotel did not respond to several messages I sent them ahead of our visit (via Booking and also directly) regarding public transportation for getting there. But it's a small negative, given that they are a small operation in regional France. However, if they can improve their communication with customers it will be great.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the property is walking distance to town. We were there for a short stay and everything was comfortable and convenient. The property and facilities are basic without being fancy, but it was perfect for us.

The hotel is close to the road and there is no view, but for our short stay, this wasn't a problem for us.

Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location with easy parking. Were at the property in November so did not use pool and outside garden which looked lovely.

The bed was big and very comfortable. Big room for an affordable price. Very helpful and kind staff

Impersonal and quite non charming, felt very generic and like part of a larger chain.

Large clean bedroom with a balcony. Swimming pool was welcome. Convenient for the old town and Matisse Chapel.

The breakfast selection was limited but the bread was freshly baked and tasty

The room looked on to the garden with loungers outside. There was a small fridge for essentials especially in the heat.

All the parking spaces were already full. Online it gives the impression they have a restaurant but it was closed before 8 pm. Just disappointing as we were extremely tired.

We had a fabulous time. We loved this little gem of a hotel. Great location - less than a 10 min walk from the old town and the lovely squares to eat. The garden was an added delight . We had great fun in the pool and the staff were super friendly. This was a few days chilling for us before onwards travel to Antibes and it was prefect for this , but also a great base to visit other places in the Cote D'Azur . We did visit Saint Paul de Vence - a couple of stops on the bus ( 5 mins walk). We booked a ground floor room - this definitely added to the wonderful experience as we could access the garden and pool from our patio . Rated as 3* but much better than higher rated hotels.

A very minor suggestion - a light on the patio or in the garden would be great.

The location is perfect, it only takes a few minutes to walk into the old center of Vence. There’s a parking lot just across the street for 2€ a day if you don’t reserve a space at the hotel itself. The hotel is simple but decent; our bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly; the restaurant we were advised for dinner absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the garden and relaxing at the pool in the afternoon.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The parking is too small and needs to be booked in advance. There is a public parking nearby though. It would be nice to add a fridge maybe in the rooms.

The staff were warm and friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. We enjoy the location as it is just a 10 minute walk into the old town. We always enjoy our stay.

For the price this was a great little hotel. Great swimming pool area with nice sunbeds. Good sized room and bathroom. We didn’t eat here as lots of great cafes and restaurants in town but an ok bar and the receptionist kindly brought us drinks round the pool.

Just a bit tired and would benefit from an update overall but can’t complain for the price and the staff were lovely and friendly. Good location for Vence which is a great town and easy trip tomorrow St Paul de Vence too. Fantastic value stay for south of France and a pool in August.

The hotel is in a great location - an easy 10 minute walk into Vence centre. The rooms are clean, a good size and with nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and the staff were very friendly. It’s a grassy base for a visit to Vence.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Le Floreal Hotel in Vence was a very nice hotel that met all of our needs. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, with seating in the lovely garden located next to the pool. We were pleased that parking was available, along with a small bar. Our room was garden side, which made sitting alongside the garden a nice relaxing place to unwind.

Good customer service and the ‘snacks’ are good quality and fine for a meal! I didn’t mind walk into old town. Although not scenic, it’s good exercise and broadens insights into residential life.

The property could do with a paint inside and outside and more care of the garden. The tiles in the pool need a good clean.

I loved everything. They even had our name on our reserved parking. The staff was very nice and helpful and the swimming pool is really a plus in the summer of South of France where it was extremely hot and also so glade to haf air conditioning. We loved the balcony. it's so french.

No kettle in our room witch surprised us as we come from Ireland and we always get kettle to make tea in hotels there. My friends next to our room had one so we used theirs.
