Best Western Hotel Le Sud

Location was great, 10 minute walk to city center.

Breakfast was ok, parking can be tight and limited late at night.

Nothing, we left early

Old, dated, mold on the ceiling

The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

When we stayed accidentally the wifi was down and it took more than to days for fixing it.

Very helpful and welcoming personnel. Allowed us to take bicycles to our room (and offered to keep them in their own office)! Very good breakfast!

Room was clean and quiet with air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. One of the reception staff was very helpful with me speaking French.

Door keys were a bit temperamental and there was a bit a bad smell immediately on entering the room (next to the bathroom, probably due to the drains and the hot temperature) but this didn't extend into the room so wasn't a problem.

We picked this overnight stay as it was close to our breakdown service where our vehicle had been taken overnight.Well-known name always helps to secure.Lovely reception with very pleasant English speaking staff.Room was fair with roomy bathroom and bed.As we were without a vehicle, we had picked somewhere that had a restaurant.When we sat down to dinner the staff were pleasant but the menu choice was a bit limited and when the choice came it although ok, it wasn't very special, which was a shame.

Nice hotel with private parking spots. The room was very clean and spacious. It is located 25 minutes by car from the lavender fields in Lavensole

We arrived around 10pm and there were still a few parking spots available. There is a park a short walk away where I took our dog at night and in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard but a good enough mix for everyone to find something. Air conditioning in the room made it much more comfortable for our stay at the end of june.

Parking lot is a bit cramped; so you may have to finagle a bit to get into some of the spots.

Hotel is near town center and it has parking which was convenient. Room was mostly renovated.

Hotel corridor carpets have some smell, some areas needs renovation, you can hear conversation in the room next door

First time in a standard hotel, but very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful, they even took my bike into their office for safety! Thank you for that. Very professional and the room was comfy and stylish and it had a kettle for coffee and tea.

The big street is right in front of you and can be noisy even in spite of sound proofing. The breakfast was very underwhelmingly standard as well.

The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The size of the room and the design of the room was great.

The hot water for the tea was not adequate.(hot water from the machine) In the room there was a boiler which makes adequate hot tea. Why can you not have a bolier in the breakfast room. Also adequate cup of tea. A cup of tea is not a cup of coffee,

Good breakfast. Nice overall location. Room had a good bed. There was a water bottle in the room and the Wifi was working well.

The room and the ventilation in particular was very loud. I couldn't sleep proper the first night due to noise up to 3:30h.

Well placed, ample parking,helpful staff. Room was quite adequate.

Air-conditioning was a bit under-powered. Limited menu choice (but food was fine).

I liked everything

The room was a good size, everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to adjust the room temperature which is notable when it's freezing outside.

Couldn't fault it.
