Clean and well organized though the rooms are very cozy. More than two suitcases in a room feels cramped very quickly. Staff was super helpful and made sure we got drinks for the kids even though it was late when we arrived.

The weather was hot but the air conditioning which was advertised was not available and the window opened on to the car park and a motor way with the associated noise. The rooms are scruffy and the place generally dowdy.

The room was a bit dark.

Hotel is very easily approachable near the highway and driving distance away from valensole. Though it is outskirts of the town, there are few restaurents nearby walking distance.

Though breakfast is ok, it could have better with more varieties.Probably late check out should be provided or accommodated based on bookings

Good location, clean and comfortable.

We booked and paid for breakfast but there was no clean utensils nor food left and guests were told to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left. There was only one person on duty and she could not cope with the breakfast and helping guests at the front desk. I was requested to contact the hotel for a refund of the breakfast charge, which I did. I have had no response to my email of complaint and request for refund.

Location is good, next from the highway. The staffs at the reseption are so nice, helpful and polite.Close to sunflower fileds, lavenders and Hyper U the shopping center where you czn find food or other things. Also there are 2 restaurants near by.

1.The staff at the breakfast place in the morning not so nice.2. There is only 1 towel/pr. So it's hard to use it when you going to the pool.3. The room is full of dust everywhere and the carpet in the room also very dirty.4. No water in the room but they have water machine at the reception.

Slightly impersonal

The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable for the 12Euro price. The facility and the room was clean. The bathrooms were nice.

Visiting for some high level business meetings, I stayed two nights, and I barely had any sleep at all. The bed sheets or bed linens were terrible to say the least. When paying 100Euro per night for a tiny room, one would expect to have cotton or a natural fabric based blankets. Instead, they consistently use the horrible 12% cotton - 28% synthetic polyester 'abomination'. How would one sleep in these materials is beyond me. When I wake up, my pillow is wet from profuse sweating because the synthetic materials are not human-body-friendly - and they just trap body heat and bake you. I would never ever visit Ibis hotels again unless it is utterly inevitable.

Breakfast could be much better, there in only bread, 2 types of salami, 2 type of cheese and coffee. No any hot meals or even yogurts

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was decent size and was very clear. Very nice touch is the free water dispenser. Just right next to the highway. The pool, even small, was an excellent addition that my kid enjoyed.

Although there was charging stations at the parking, they were not working (or at least the AC charger).There are three restaurants near the hotel, but literally nothing else, hence you need to drive to the village for everything else.
