Lovely room and nice amenities.

I couldn’t find the entrance because I arrived after 11 and everything was so dark! I telephoned the hotel and the (very nice) receptionist directed me.

The rooms and bathrooms are very dated -the duvet was far too thick but the bed itself was comfortable. The breakfast for the money was excellent

Very nice hotel in very pretty village with some interesting sights and shops.

Quiet rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Despite it being so close to the road, we did not hear the traffic at all even though our room faced the front.

It was 99% excellent. The only (very minor) point was that the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Still good enough to get clean though.

Nice people, good food interesting location. Tournus has a complex past and is close to both the river and the motorway

The hotel was very friendly and welcoming , we were travelling with our dog and all their needs were met , excellent All staff very friendly and helpful , the hotel was well kept and beautiful, I will certainly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location. Decor was quite dated but it was immaculate and well looked after. Staff were excellent and even provided a separate bed for our dog, which she absolutely loved sleeping on after a long day if bicycle touring. Good overnight lock-up for our bicycles. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of unusual local items available to try.

Somewhat expensive but the level of service we received was commensurate with the price we paid - we didn't use the spa facilities which were included in the price though.

Staff were excellent! everyone we talked to were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good! We booked to have massages on the premises, everything was easy to organise and very relaxing. Our room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. We booked into this hotel / arrived in Tournus as a stop on our way to somewhere else but we are so glad we did!

Such a lovely hotel.fabulous location . Comfortable room with kettle coffee machine robes etc ideal position for walking round the town. Two outside areas to relax in. Secure parking. Really nice breakfast of excellent quality. Dog friendly.Highly recommend this hotel

Disappointed that the bistro restaurant was shut tho reception booked us into another restaurant across the road

I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff. The bed is really comfortable. The place is basically next to the main church of the city.

If I had to complain, it would be with the Hamman which was a really hot, and a bit small. But that's clearly a minor detail :)

Decor needs refreshing. Threadbare carpets in common areas. Room decor dated. I don’t like notices telling me not to take slippers etc. it makes you feel they don’t trust you
