Comfortable hotel with good parking. Very good food.

Lovely bedroom nice decorations but a long way from lift which was difficult for my mobility.

The restaurant was expensive and not worth the money. It had limited choice of food and when i asked for a well done meat the waitress wouldnt put it down as it would spoil the dish! Surely a customers wishes should be met?! Seem that the chef just cooked what he wanted. We would not eat there again and as we chose the hotel as it had a restaurant will probably mean we wont stay or recommend it again.

Reception staff very helpful. Lifts to all parts. Disabled parking outside.

Bad experience in restaurant. It was clear we were English spoken but i had to ask for a menu written in english. Very expensive very little choice. Seating very close to another couple. We would not eat here again.

This was an ideal stop to start our holiday in the South of France. We rarely slept in a hotel which was so much comfortable. On top of that we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the terrace of their exceptional restaurant.

The breakfast was very adequate. Not much fresh fruit. The dinner was excellent!

There is a little noise from the adjacent railway line but it didn’t really bother us.

Lovely hotel with well set out room with nice features. Great location and free parking. Nice breakfast, although seemed a bit expensive.

The woman who supervises the breakfast room patrols around as if she is a police officer ! I think it is to check no one smuggles any food out but it does rather affect the welcoming atmosphere.

Stressfull

We have stayed before several times and almost always the elevator was either broken or doing funny things.. but now we got stuck in elevator.. For us reason to stop going to our favorite place when traveling

The public rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished which encouraged one to use them. The restaurant food standards were very high.

Car parking was a bit limited and the breakfast had lost a bit of flair

Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfortable room, nice touches like robes and slippers. Lovely and attentive staff, very accommodating with our requests regarding parking and dinner reservation. Excellent food and experience in the hotel restaurant

Nothing to dislike, I only rated a 9 rather than a 10 out of 10 as our rain shower was temperamental with water pressure and temperature but this is such a minor thing, we didn’t bring it to the attention of the staff as we were only visiting for a short stay.

This is a super hotel. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. Dinner on the terrace was first class and well-served. In fact, service from the moment we arrived at the hotel could not have been improved. It's a very convenient stopover just off the motorway, and the town of Tournus offers much to explore. We thought the hotel was excellent value.

Beautiful furnishing and grounds

Poor breakfast overall - had to request milk - one member of staff occasionally in the breakfast room.Did not advise booking for second night dinner, which appeared to be a party on until midnight outside our window.First night dinner was nice if overpriced.

Very well appointed and chic property in the heart of the very interesting town of Tournus, the perfect stop to break up a long drive. Loved the room, bed, sheets, pillows and decor. Interesting art scattered about.

Always a warm welcome. The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Dinner is always excellent.

Had problems connecting to the internet on this trip and our room was the worst we’ve had in all our stays at this hotel (5). On the ground floor next to the railway.

All, great room, very good food and a super experince in the Cave. all in all just very good.

they asked 30 euros to use the swimming pool because I booked through booking and not directly with them . one of the reasons I booked this hotel was the pool ...

Extremely friendly staff, great restaurant and excellent room.

I asked from some extra arrangements in the room and the location. Everything was as I asked. The place and room are spotless and the employees were all more than friendly and helpful.We’re looking forward to our stay in October
