The breakfast is excellent, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are delicate and perfectly clean with a comfy bed.

The heat in the room wasn't really efficient. I was a bit cold.

Great central place to stay and also for vehicle parking at a cost. Exceptional accommodation and friendly helpful staff.

Friendly staff. We were offered two communicating rooms as we were 4 adults and two kids. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

At breakfast there are only very small plates which are most likely just saucers from cups. They are very inconvenient to use for breakfast. We asked if there were bigger plates, but were told that there were not. While we were having breakfast, I heard that other people also wanted bigger plates.In general, this moment with very small plates is very strange and very inconvenient.

Staff were very welcoming and nice. The room was large and overall comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection.

The room is a bit outdated but other than that everything was great

Access was excellent for wheelchair used by my partner. Breakfast was very good, with european, and english ones!!, There are 2 excellent restaurants very close, plus thus on the harbour, rather to far away for wheelchair access!

Not necessary, but maybe possigle in the future; a room service "dinner" service if one wants to eat in?

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city and only a short walk to the seafront, and parking facility on site. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included in the price with a large variety of savory and sweet food.

On site parking could not be booked in advance. we were lucky that the hotel was not full so we had no problems finding a space for our car, but it can be tricky at peak times.

Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Good location near center of village and walking distance to beach walk and restaurants. Room and bathroom were nice size and comfortable. Wonderful Breakfast with many pastries, coffee cakes, cooked to order eggs, hot items, fresh fruits, cheeses & cold meats.

The parking garage was dark at night. It needs better lighting.

Room has everything you need, reception staff probably some of the best in Italy (comparing with about 100 hotels and counting), very good breakfast to be in Italy.

The only thing there is to comment on and that is the only thing is the cleaning staff. 08.00 it sounds like there is an earthquake in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The rooms are the same level as sound proofing as most hotels but the amount of furniture being dragged around, shouting jack and fourth in the corridor, vacuuming both inside rooms and in the corridor outside the room slamming the vacuum into the walls etc is the loudest I have ever experienced and to try to sleep in with this hurricane outside the door is practically impossible. If you are a heavy sleeper you will not have any problems with this but for me as a light sleeper, coming back late and expecting to sleep is just impossible, it was borderline that I went out and told them off but in the end didn't. Exclude this and this hotel is 10/10.

The location was terrific, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

The only criticism was regarding the breakfast. The food was perfect, no complaints there but I would prefer to serve myself, especially with the cereal bar.

Comfortable spacious and quiet room. Spacious ensuite with bath with shower option. Generally friendly and helpful staff, except for one issue (see below). Excellent choice at breakfast buffet but not self-serve, which led to awkward exchanges with staff.

No WiFi in room despite information to the contrary Booking.com. Had to use roaming on mobile when in room. Staff response unapologetic and unhelpful. Expressed surprise (well-rehearsed?)Town map of no use to tourists at all. Shops and businesses marked as their adverts helped cost of printing. A search in cupboard unearthed a better one.

A beautiful hotel in peaceful countryside. The staff were very helpful & welcoming. Will definitely return.

All Great but if there is something to improve is the shower. Tall people(+1.80) cannot stand under shower....

Breakfast was a buffet, you chose what you wanted and it was served to you. The staff were extremely helpful.
