- Nothing positive to say.
- The receptionist was rude, and claimed our booking was cancelled (it wasnt on the app) Then he said he would give us a different room than the one we booked We obviously didnt check in at the end, and looked for a different hotel even though it was late at night
Cons -
- We message the property in advance to let them know about our late booking. They said that was ok. So we arrived at 1:30 in the morning and they gave our room away and put us out saying no more rooms available. So we stayed the whole night without place to stay freezing cold and raining.
