I liked it is quiet. The room was very comfortable. The location was very good. The staff was much more than helpful, very nice persons. I would have liked to have scrambled eggs as an option in the breakfast, but i did not ask if it was possible. So, i can't complain.

Parking was limited at the property, but plenty of public parking is available close by. The room was very comfortable and way above what I would expect from a two-star hotel. The staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast could be better, perhaps adding some vegetables.

The room was a good size - not cramped at all. Very clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is quiet and fairly close to the Carpentras train station. There is a lift to all floors. The continental breakfast was nice, but no hot food other than boiled eggs. It costs £12 pp.The owners were attentive and helpful.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. Also, no mini fridge - so having cold drinks/water, to drink in the night wouldn’t be possible - not a huge problem in May - but would be in the hotter months.

Very friendly reception by the owner. He was very helpful for storing my bike and suggested a very sympathetic place to eat.I had a room to the street, but had no noise because of a very good sound isolation.I would be glad to come back one day.

The member of staff was extremely kind and helpful both on the phone and when we arrived. There was a lift which was great as we were enroute and had quite a lot of baggage. Parking was on the road but easy and nearby. It was quick and easy to get to from the autoroute and well signed. It was a very short walk into the old town for supper.

It was a boiling hot day and night and the room was extremely hot with no fan or air-conditioning. The room had a faint but unpleasant smell of something like bad drainage.

The hosts were very friendly and gave us a lot of good advise and help. Great location ... superb breakfast

Fantastic location minutes walk from historic town centre and cafes. 10 mins walk to SNCF station.2* reflects no bar etc....room and ensuite shower excellent ...helpful staff (owners)

Didn't spot the not open to check until 4pm not a big deal as arrived at 4pm but be aware

Great location. Close to the train station if arriving on public transport. The hotel was clean and tidy.

As a suggestion, it would be nice to have access to a coffee machine if leaving early before breakfast.

Perfect breakfast on the small terrasse. All we needed was there. Really good service from the staff Got some nice information to find a perfect place for dinner

Nice clean and comfortable place to stay, so long as they give you the entrance code!

The opening hours are limited, and you need a code to access the front door. I wasn’t given the code at check-in. I returned before the closing time but it was already closed and I had a lot of trouble getting into the hotel.

The availability of a buffet-style breakfast; especially for biking the rest of the day. Good place to stay and is near the station. Reception was helpful and welcoming.

Check in times was a bit inconvenient but at least the information was given beforehand. Better parking for bikes needed. What they had was unstable.

not much…this was probably our fault as I thought it would be a lot more luxurious and comfortable…..This place would suit business people wanting a hotel in town rather than a place to relax….However, the staff were wonderful and so kind, helpful and friendly….and the breakfast was great.

Sadly, this is not a holiday hotel, it’s probably ok for business people just wanting an overnight bed but it was a disappointment for us….Whilst the position is near to the centre or town it is not in a very nice position and the area is rather “run down” and a bit rough. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Carpentras.
