Mercure Quiberon Hotel and Spa

We loved it all, the pool, room, spa and especially the courteous staff.

A bit of a walk into central Quiberon. Room on the small side.

The hotel was beautiful, the bar area was nice and plenty of places to sit. We had breakfast aswel and there was plenty of choice. The room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. A small walk to a beach.

Far to walk into town.

Great location, very close to the beaches and small, romantic harbor Port Haliguen. Quiet area. The pool was fantastic.

The bikes to rent in the hotel were sometimes in quite poor conditions.

The staff were fantastic, you know what you’re getting with Ibis, and have used them many times. But the staff at this one were the best I’ve ever experienced, would go back purely for the fact the staff were so fantastic. Hats off to the wonderful team there!

The bathroom floor, the glass to stop the floor getting wet when showering was too small, and therefore the floor got soaked.

Very practical room (maisonette) for family with one additional bed upstairs; comfy beds and very nice bathroom. If you have a car at your disposal, nice basis for exploring Quiberon and the region.

Superb breakfasts.Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and I liked the sauna!It was possible to rent a bike for reasonable price at the hotel.

Mattress was quite worn out.

No food available during the day

Great location near to the town and promenade. Easy to communicate with Reception who spoke good English. Room and bathroom were a good size and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable,the shower was hot. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and of good quality. The evening meal was also good quality and very tasty. Great to be able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Nothing to dislike,I would like a longer visit next time.

Quite a walk to town but mainly seafront so enjoyable.

Restaurant full when we needed it.

Breakfast options were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really impressed with the twin beds in loft for kids and efficiency of space. Could improve on pillows though.

Pillows. Felt like a flat sheet and no extra pillows. No substance to it.

The pool was lovely and my kids enjoyed that their beds were on an upstairs level with space.

Facilities and swimming pool were great

We arrived slightly early to be told that booking in was not till 3pm. We then waited and saw numerous other people arriving and booking in. When staff were asked again we were just told they were short of staff. This went on for sometime until staff were pushed to check our rooms and found that the rooms had been ready for sometime.

The pool was not very clean and the corridors where the rooms were were smelly. There was limited choice for evening meal and the food was poor quality.

We really liked the spa, the breakfast is good. The bedroom are good also.

There is not enough towels in my opinion and a bit far from the sea and the city.

A little noisy with early deliveries on rooms facing parking.

I liked the additional facilities of the pool, sauna and garden. The breakfast was typical for this chain. Plenty of parking and staff always available. Everybody was very courteous. Liked that bikes could be hired.

The room was rather cramped for space and the trend for grey doesn't inspire. Only one small window! The restaurant didn't have enough space for everybody nor was it made clear that a booking was essential.

Breakfast was good. Towels changed and room tidied up well. Good parking facilities.
