Position breathtaking on the top of the hill and yet very comfortable to go anywhere with a lift! Everyone was very friendly and nice!

Structure is a bit dated but still good to go! I am afraid that if they renew it would become too expensive ?

The view was great, and it had a funicular down the hill.

The restaurant served me undercooked chicken it was pink with blood coming out of it. Everything waa tired and old, paint peeling off the bottom of the pool, 20+ year old carpet in the hallways. There was a sign in the elevator that read “relax, it’s a slow elevator”

The service was outstanding and the views are excellent and the room size was larger than shown online with a large terrace overlooking the water Breakfast had many options to select. Lots of hanging space

The pools and surrounds are tired and need renovating. The pools do not reflect the pictures online. This hotel is not suitable for anyone who cannot manage stairs as while there is a lift you still have to use stairs and some with no hand rails. The shower is over the bath and is a large step up and due to only a small glass screen water sprays everywhere making the tiles very slippery. Make sure you ask for a hair dryer as otherwise very old slow dryer attached to wall and room does not have tea or coffee making facilities nor a full length mirror.

There was no running water for 10h. Asked for partial refund and they refused.

Urgent intervention in the form of investment is required. Everything is old and dilapidated. This facility does not deserve more than 2 stars.

Exceptional sea view. Enormous swimming pool. Breathtaking view from the room. Delicious and big breakfast buffet.

There is no available parking. The only possibility to park is along the road in front of the hotel which is not entirely convenient.

The location and view of the hotel were amazing. The staff was friendly especially the lifeguards by the pool. the rooms were spacious and the large terrace was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean, and bed sheets were changed daily. The hotel provides access to a private beach though you need to book in advance during the high season. The hotel is at 10 minutes walking distance from Arenzano which offers a variety of dining facilities.

The spacious room has a lot of potential, and can be improved by adding comfortable armchairs or a couch, some paintings on the walls, and modern furniture. It felt a bit too basic for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel though it had the basic elements. The single coffee machine was not sufficient and created queues at peak hours. I suggest breakfast be upgraded to give a better experience to the guests. There were too many stairs which makes the building inaccessible to people who have a disability, a medical or physical condition. The pool is too deep with only a very narrow part that can be used by children and non-swimmers. This should be reconsidered when the pool is renovated.

The beach access via tram or nature walk is open after 8 am, for people who love the sunrise at the beach you need to talk a little walk on the road…

Staff were very friendly and the views from the restaurant and swimming pool were amazing.

Parking was right at the top of the hotel, the lifts were really slow and there were loads of stairs to climb.

The Hotel is positioned in a great corner of the coast, overlooking the sea and the room had a really great view of the sea and of the Mediterranean scrub. The hotel beach requires a supplement but is nice and cosy.

Overall the hotel is OK, a bit "fading" but this is almost unavoidable being so close to the sea. I had, though, a very disappointing misadventure with their service and their customer care. On my way out, the hotel staff offered to bring the car from the remote parking to the front door, and took our luggage. Then they forgot to load the luggage on the car. I realized it when arrived to Milan and did not find the luggage in the car. I called, they acknowledged the problem ("oh yes, your luggage it is still here, we had not realized it....") and offered to send through normal shipment the following day. Unfortunately the luggage included laptop I needed for work, so I had no option but drive back, collect it, and then drive home again. So it was a 4 hours, 300Km supplemental trip (under heavy rain, btw). I was expecting, of course, they would have acted some sort of apology - as a vey minimum reimbursing the extra costs, if not the extra time and the obvious disruption. Instead, they come after a week telling me with a patronizing tone that they would "exceptionally" reimburse me with 50€, When I argued about the irrelevance of that (remember the room was north of 300€ per night) they balked, sustaining the issue was partially my fault, and in any case, the 50€ never materialized, after 3 weeks. Issues of that type may happen, their personnel is all very young (and enthusiast) and mistakes are understandable. But customer care, if you have ambitions to be an "almost luxury" venue, is important. And here, they were a total failure

Excellent location with magnificent views. The room was large and comfortable but the age is showing, for example you shower in the bathtub. Pool area very large but could do with a little maintenance.

Amazing location with fantastic views over the bay. Spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing pool.

No kettle in room though we were provided with one on request. We had one excellent meal in restaurant but on last night there was a 18th birthday party on at the same time and food service was slow and main courses either overcooked or partly cold.

Only thing my wife would have liked was a hair dryer in the room. Pool water was lovely and clean although the main pool could have done with a vacuum as there was quite a lot of sediment on the bottom

This is not a 4 star hotel. Overpriced for the facilities. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The room was large and had a magnificant view but had very little in it. Eg You need to ask for a glass and tea and coffee cups etc. I should have read more reviews and believed them before booking, for the price we paid.

Friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms, great view, excellent rooftop pool. Funicular up and down the hillside was an unexpected surprise.

There is a problem with pigeons at breakfast on the terrace. Guests should be advised not to leave food on the tables as the pigeons cause chaos. Used dishes should be removed immediately. Signage and a staff member welcoming guests and instructing them on how to avoid the birds would be helpful. Other than that the breakfast itself was great.
