Secret Paradise Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.The spa was beautifully maintained.The highlight was definitely the breakfast — such a delicious and varied spread with something for everyone! Overall, a perfect stay — we'd definitely come back!

I would like the warm welcome and especially I would like to thank to Haris from the reception that help us a lot and offer us a lot of interesting things to do around.The breakfast was wanderful.

The indoor pool is too small

It was very clean and quiet.. the perfect choice for those who want to relax from the city. The breakfast was ok. I would like to see more veggies.

The only thing i was upset about is that u can hear everything from the other room and from outside. No Insulation in walls and the doors.

Reception staff are very kind and helpful, recommended restaurants, etc. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. Everything spotless! Very nice, smart young man operated the bar area(Stavos). Good wine list! A good stay. Thanks.

Need better coffee for cappuccino and lattes!! (Important for international guests).Shower is great but needs bath mat to prevent slipping. No other complaints. We'd stay here again in better weather.

The breakfast was good, we have everything we needed.The room was comfortable and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

The SPA zone was small and they didn`t let the kids to swim in the pool which was warm.We were during March and the weather was not good for the beach.

The hotel was clean and had a great location. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

I booked a room with one large double bed, but I received one with two separate beds that kept moving and made a terrible noise. The pool was not heated and therefore unusable at this time of year. Access to the heated pool required an additional fee of 15 euros, which I find strange and unacceptable. Moreover, the heated pool is very small and not suitable for swimming.

We have visited many hotels in Greece. This one definitely impressed us. Extremely good location, 100% sea view, 10 steps from the beach, very welcoming ground floor - reception, restaurant, lobby and pool. Incredible suites, balconies and everything you need for a perfect stay. Incredibly arranged breakfast, very high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel and a great and friendly team. For general information: I say all this after only 2 weeks ago I had a long stay in a 5 star hotel on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai :)

The room was very nice, with very comfortable bed, chair, fridge, tv with YouTube and music and nice balcony with view to the sea. However the view to the sea is partly blocked by a hill with trees and some blocks of houses, even being at the 7th floor.of April.Buffet breakfast was excellent, very varied and abundant, with both greek and international specialities. Personnel were very kind and helpful.Negative points are:1) A noise, like metal tubes vibrating, coming from the walls in the room starts like at midnight and was disturbing until 4-5 am. It was not a noise coming from outside as we checked it. 2) One of the pillows we couldn't use as it was extremely high and hard. So I had to sleep on my pullover.3) The location is 1 minute to the beach but the first thing you see is a ruined building and even having beautiful sea the full promenade and area was not inviting. More ruined and dilapidated buildings are along the promenade and the area. Only 5 restaurants open and 2 cafes, quite full with people, but the rest of the town was dead at the beginning4) Foto with sunset in bookings I cannot find where it could be, it is misleading.

Breakfast was really delicious, various foods. Room was cleaned, Spa was very good. Really really great experience.

I think use of the SPA pool and Sauna should be included in the price. Paying for massage or similar treatment is understandably extra, but pool...I think it should be offered for the staying guests

Breakfast excellent, a lot of variety. spa centar with swimming pool of 32C temperature small but Ok for autumn /spring period with kids. The location also perfect with sea side look. parking on the street in front the hotel.

The staff, the room, the cleaness. It’s a great place to stay at.

The lighting switches in the room - there are too many and it is difficult to understand what turns each light off and what turns it on

Breakfast and room was good

For me it was no sense at all to pay 15 euro per day indoor pool and spa plus indoor poolWas too small , and the most stupid thing is even when you pay 15 euro if u let spa and indoor pool and come again later during the day they gonna make you pay again.

I really liked the hotel, very clean, comfortable and fun, the room is clean and cozy, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff is kind and helpful, the spa is wonderful. Thank you very much ??

Very polite staff, convenient and cosy room, great location. Very good breakfast.

The location is perfect, so is the staff and breakfast. The view from our balcony was excellent and we also enjoyed the spa. Everything is very clean and professional. Available parking, which is very important and it is very close to the center.

I think that during the summer, when it is very hot, it is impossible to enjoy the balcony because the sun is present all day long until sunset.

The staff were very helpful and kind, really looked after us.The pool was lovely and the roof bar was spectacular.

The town was run down and dirty with rubbish on the beach and in the streets. It’s a shame the hotel wasn’t in a different location.
