Blue Sea Beach Hotel

We did not see any interestwe did not see it personally.nobody was interested in usthey also turn off the electricity and lights at 11 o'clock without asking at check-out time. Actually it does appear but maybe for 5 minutes or it can take shape. It is also very meaningful that a place that has no timing and order in any subject is so meticulous about check-out time. we are sad.

We didn't see anyone. And no one cared about us. There was no breakfast. There was nothing. Yes, we went out of season, but we were guests and we had paid in advance. There was an open door there, they called and said come in. So we did. We had a heating problem. But there was no one we could talk to to solve the problem. We didn't see anyone when we left, someone came but we didn't see them, they sang and turned off the lights and left. That was all the communication we had. We managed on our own.

Disappointing

Our visit to the hotel was linked to the hiking of Mount Ispario. I agree that there are no people in the off-season, but as long as the hotel is open and accepting customers, it should be up to par. If I rate the hotel as a lodge - yes, a good place to stay with an indoor toilet and hot water, but for a hotel, where people go on vacation, the atmosphere is depressing. Close the hotel and do a major renovation. Including ditching the uncomfortable mattresses. Sorry - this is my opinion.

Hotel with excellent location for us, very clean and with super friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Gregory, the owner for giving us the same room like every year, so practically we feel like home. Big Thank You dear friends?

No complaints.

Location is fantastic. Very close to marble beach and minutes away from Panagia. Take the breakfast, you may not find a place to eat early in the morning.

bathroom with a very poor standard, the room was booked as sea view but when we arrived we had to ask to give us sea view room because given one was in the back garden (not matching pictures selection), in the late evening time fairly audible music

Location and proximity to the sea. Beach was pleasant and clean.The area was very peaceful and had a nice vibe. Plenty of nice restaurants to choose from with a good selection of traditional greek dishes and seafood.

Decor in hotel was very unusual and the lighting in the room was quite disturbung with blue uplighting. The paint scheme reminded us of an "under the sea" party. The room was very overpriced and it is not somewhere I would like to stay again.

The location is good, right on the beach.

I booked a sea view room at a premium price, expecting it to match the photographs provided. Unfortunately, the reality was disappointing. The room was significantly outdated and bore little resemblance to the advertised images. There was a lack of basic amenities, such as shelving for clothes, and the bathroom was very basic considering the price point. The only toiletry provided was toilet paper.Another major issue was the poor sound insulation. The doors seemed to be as thin as cardboard, offering little noise reduction. The location was extremely noisy due to other guests, creating an environment where you feel as though you're sleeping in the same room as all your neighbors. This severely impacted sleep quality and overall comfort. Parking was another issue. There is no dedicated car park, forcing guests to find street parking at least 200 meters from the hotel. This necessitates carrying luggage a considerable distance.Communication was challenging as the reception staff did not speak English, which is problematic for an international clientele.Overall, the quality and amenities of this accommodation are more in line with what one would expect from a €5o-6o per night establishment, not a premium-priced hotel. The discrepancy between the advertised product and the actual experience was significant and disappointing."

The hotel is really good.The location is perfect.The rooms are old but comfortable.The staff is friendly.

Too old fashioned, the sewer was stinky so bad, the black light was too much for all the time.. felt like i was in a rave party. Needs refurbishment. Balcony too high and was obstructing the view. No parking only around the area

The parking area was not close to the hotel. The room that we had was number 306 the door was sliding door which was not closing fully. The room is always soo worm when you enter because you can't leave the air condition to keep the room at fixed temperature, which was annoying in that hot weather 42° ? . The bathroom; Very Very bad! You can't ever fix the hot and cold water even no water comes sometimes!! Always bad smell comes from the toilet as well! There is liquid soap to wash hands and take showe - no shampoo!

Placed very close to the beach,friendly personnel,room are cleaned daily,plenty restaurants near by.Nice View from balcony on the sea side. We Have spent a good time here.I recomend.

I booked a vacation for my parents, who were traveling for the first time to Greece and I chose this hotel because I had been there before and I liked it. I contacted the property and I asked for their help, since my parents don't speak Greek, nor English. I was very happy that the manager of the hotel prepared all details for them in writing, with all necessary information about parking, wi-fi, room, etc and he assigned them a very good room, so I am very grateful to Mr Antonios! :)The room was big and comfortable, with nice sea view, air conditioner and the restaurant of the hotel offers very good breakfast. The position of the hotel is amazing, just steps from the beach and all the amazing tavernas where you can taste the most delicious Greek food. From this location, you can easily explore other sights of the island as well. My only regret is that I couldn't get there myself this year, but I will definitely come back to this location whenever I go to Thasos.

We paid for a room with a terrace for three people in the hotel, but we got something completely different. The room is not in the hotel building but in the courtyard in the basement and is located 4 steps below the ground level and has no windows. There is no safe and the door cannot be opened at night. We were 18 nights without fresh air and with the smell of mold. There are no three beds in the room, but a couch for sitting that does not have a mattress because it is not intended to be used for sleeping. We have never been in a worse hotel room.

The location of the hotel is the only positive. It’s near to Golden beach and center of Skala Potamia.

The bathroom was very small. The shower cabin makes it even smaller. Everything was outworn. You have to wait for the hot water to come. The toilet seat was amortized. The reception and our room furnishing was very strange, old and ugly. The pictures of the hotel in booking are not objective. I don’t think the price matches what you get. Don’t recommend!!
