Hotel Diamond

We had a wonderful experience at Diamond. The swimming pool was crystal-clean and very inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was excellent—lots of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel is only a two-minute drive from the town center, so it’s both convenient and peaceful. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere made our trip even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

My experience at Hotel Diamond was simply lovely. The staff was very helpful and polite. Waking up to the sea view from the balcony was unforgettable. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and it felt like the ideal way to start the day. This place truly made my holiday special.

Breakfast was 10/10, rooms were clean, staff was frendly, parking was good and not far from the beach, you need special beach shoes otherwise your legs will hurt on those rocks! Pool area very nice, the sea view was great!

A bit far to walk to downtown area, but by car or motorcycle was only 5 min away.

It's a nice enough hotel, the beds are not very comfortable for side sleepers.it has a nice pool and lobby, unfortunately the location is on top of a hill which is great for the view but rough if you want to walk to the beach.

Do not pay for full board, for dinner your better off visiting the local restaurants. The only had water to drink, or you could buy other drinks that had in a fridge.

Quiet and clean place, the breakfast is excellent.

Everything was better than expected. We loved our Thasos vacation. The breakfast was great, staff is pleasant and kind, as is in all Thasos. We loved the beach, just across the street of the hotel, it was a pleasant surprise. Also, the beach bat/restaurant with the view of the beach.

I remember only that some motorcyclist made a big noise and we had problems falling to sleep, for few nights. I can't blame the hotel for that though :)

What i liked about the property was the location, tidiness(somehow), the pool and the room was quite nice for us.

I didn’t like the rude behavior of the manager towards the employees, the tidiness around hotel needs improvement, staff behavior was not in that level it should be to costumers. For me it was overpriced for what they were offering.

I liked the food during breakfast. Cleaning was regular every day.

There was no food in the restaurant the first 3 days. There was only breakfast and the first 3 days no other option to eat there. The rest of the days there was only meal from 18.00 to 20.00. There was a lot of noise from the fridge in the night and when it was windy there was a lot of strange noises and it was difficult to sleep.

Much appreciation for cleaning ladies that are doing an amazing job and try to save this place and make all the awful things acceptable.Breakfast was nice, with different things almost every day- these 2 were the only nice things at this hotel

This is not a 3 star hotel! Not a good value of the money for what they offer, the bed is awful with a very very hard mattress, hips bones and ribs are still hurting me 2 days after leaving.Very nosy, with a horrible smell in the bathroom that makes you poke, I wouldn’t recommend at all, there are plenty of places way nicer. After taking a shower you could have swim in the water that was on the bathroom floor- not great at alllll!!!There were similar complaints about same things in other reviews that i have seen before booking but i have ignored it. Please don’t ignore, they reflect the truth! As a side note, i must say that I haven’t complained about the bed, smell and noise to anyone as I didn’t considered that it’s something it can be fixed during my stay- they weren’t going to fix the pipes or change the mattress

The hotel is in a good location and very close to a great beach and sea. The hotel is a little old. Rooms were good. The refrigerator worked properly which helped us a lot for cold drinks. The breakfast is good enoughFrench toast and the cakes were delicious. The girl who prepares breakfast was very friendly and nice.

The bathrooms were small and the shower did not have coverage so the water spill around everywhere when you take a shower. The beds are very uncomfortable and old. The hotel is in south part of the island a little far from the ferries. And the price is higher than the same rated hotels from the north part.

We booked a room with a sea view and the view was fabulous. Hotel is on the top of the hill and the place is quite. Swimming pool is nice too.

The room is too small for the amount we paid, not as luxurious as other places I stayed in the past for lot less money. Beds were very hard to the point it gives you pain in the back. There was a smell of sewage outside the hotel. Parking could be a challenge during certain times of the day although there is an overspill outside. Breakfast was very average and repetitive for the price we paid, was a bit disappointed by the lack of imagination there. The hotel staff weren't overly friendly to put it mildly. Cleaning/room service was good though. TV channels mainly Romanian, seem to be geared towards Romanians, only one channel for English speakers.

My bathroom was good but, my friends' were small.

The room was very clean (everyday the towels were changed), the breakfast was good, fresh and with lot of options. The ladies from the cleaning service and the one that served the breakfast are very nice. The view from the superior room was very nice, at the seaside.

The location is not very close to the main beaches (you can get there only by car). There is no store or market nearby. The person from the reception could be more friendly. :)

Bar of the hotel doesn't serve anything, it was closed. The staff was ok, but not very welcoming or hospitable. No smiling faces..

Great staff, charming and hospitable. Rooms are very clean, everyday cleaning, new sheets, and towels every 2 days.The pool is good, there is a large free parking. Breakfast is good as well, fresh food every day, enough different options.

We had a great vacation at Hotel Diamond. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The amenities are very good, very clean room, tasty food and breakfast. Close to the center, just 5-6 min by car. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.
