The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like part of the family. Best food we had during our trip in Italy.

Had a scheduled surgical procedure nearby and did not want to travel home in the dark. Booked a room that was a six minute easy walk. The hotel is a three generation family owned. “ Giana “ was extremely helpful and caring. Big Heart

Another fantastic stay at our regular hotel. Staff are as welcoming as ever, the rooms are impeccably clean and it is such a central hotel that all of central Acqui is just outside the door. Also excellent price and we've always had the best night sleep in the beds.

Easy to find although parking is restricted. . Great staff. Very helpful. Chose cheaper room and was a good size.

Wonderful central hotel with parking. Wonderful helpful hosts who gave us a warm welcome and lots of recommendations on local eateries and wine bars. The rooms were impeccably clean and cannot be faulted for the price. Highly recommend.

We got a bit lost finding the Hotel, through no fault of theirs. Study your route beforehand.

1- Staff considers you like a family member 2- Place is very cozy and different from other hotel's experiences. (It is your holiday HOME).3- Most of the breakfast are home maded.4- Very clean.

The hotel’s location and its parking services were great. We really did enjoy being so central and having everything nearby.

Although the hotel is supposed to have 3 stars, it was not very up to the standards in terms of cleanness. We found used q-tips on the floor, plastic packaging in the bathroom and the shower was clogged. On top of that, the fridge wasn’t working. The overall experience was disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay, all the staff was incredibly nice, breakfast very tasty and very comfortable rooms. We really hope we can come back one day!

The staff were so friendly and helpful with such kindness. The room was cool and clean. Our favorite part was the cool jacuzzi. Really helped us unwind and stretch.

Fantastic position in the centre of Acqui Terme. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast has a great range of food, including hot cooked options.The staff are all friendly, kind and wonderfully helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much.

The few staff members try to do everything. No self-service at all, so you end up waiting unnecessarily and have multiple people ask you the same thing over and over. This became a bit annoying after a few times. The “wellness center” has extremely limited hours, also they micromanage how long you use the jacuzzi ( which does not get hot at all) and only allow up to 2 people in it? Also no basic vanity items in the bathroom. Perhaps I’m spoiled, but I expected better from this hotel for the price that we payed.

This was a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable, and everything was super clean.The most wonderful thing about it was the caring, friendly staff who went out of their way to make your stay really comfortable. We booked a standard room but because the hotel wasn’t super busy the staff upgraded us, which was very much appreciated. Overall, the hotel was really nice, but the staff were excellent! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Spotlessly clean. Great location in the centre. Everything you need within walking distance. We had a complimentary coffee and cake at checkout which was lovely.

Pillows a little hard. Small hotel but ideally located. A little impersonal on check in but it was the first day opening of the season.
