Great staff. We needed a late check out and they worked very hard to make it work. Though the rooms themselves were a little dated, I really liked the artwork in the halls on my floor.Breakfast buffet had many options!Also perfect location.

The refrigerator in the room was broken, when I asked at reception for an ice bucket, they insisted that there are no ice machines in I Italy and wanted to debate rather than solve the problem. The room was very tired and breakfast was depressing.

Location is good. Nice and plenty breakfast.

Air-conditioning was too weak to cool the room when it was +30 outside.

Very central, garage parking, pleasant hosts.

Lukewarm shower in the morning which had been hot the night before. Slow Internet.

The property was clean and the room was the adeguate size to sleep in.Staff was friendly and gave us useful information about the town.

I must mention that I found the breakfast to be lacking in freshness and curation. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect.The didn’t allow me to pay with a credit card for the local taxes even though I told them it was illicit.

Perfectly situated on Acqui Terme. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff, once the group members overcame some smaller issues.

Horribly uggly 1970-ties curtains and matching bed covers. Pillows hard as stone, but could be well used to kill invaders with.

The rooms are good size if you want you can upgrade, they have suites available also rooms with balconies.we have stayed here for several years so know what to expect.Good value for your money. Air con good

Breakfast is okay but could do with a revamp.Mainly cold meat and cheese.Boiled eggs and toast are available but you have to do them yourself and the egg boiler needs a timer We knew what to expect and were happy.

The room was clean (extremely clean) and the bathroom quiet spacious. Marco and the staff were fabulous and helpful even with though we speak no Italian - although we have learned "GRATZI!"

The air conditioning design is subpar for the hottest of summer days....we purchased a couple fans to help out.

This accommodation was clean, comfortable, nice cooled - especially in these hot days.

I didn’t enjoy breakfast that well. There was no vegetable or fruit, that’s a pity especially in the season.

A/C not working below 25 degrees Celsius which is due to rmporary (?) regulations of italian government (not a problem of the hotel itself, but still let me sweating ;) ).

Lovely accommodating owners and staff friendly welcoming and easy going very helpful. Location is fantastic to train station and centre. Lovely breakfast with an option to boil your own eggs. Excellent service and nothing is to much trouble. Very clean lovely large bath towels. Comfy pillows.

No charging points at bedside which is understandable as it is a longer established hotel but we managed

Slightly old fashioned hotel with guranteed quality and service. Check-out until 12.00H is free. Breakfast buffet served by staff, because of Covid-19 regulations.

To my taste the single sofa seats of the junior suite are quite useless because they are located in the entrance/hallway of the room, and not in the room itself.

Hotel very well placed in the city center. Room is simple but find. We loved the breakfast and the lady who was helping us. We had a very nice moment.
