Hotel Plaza

Is very good . We are group for five people . And staff is to kind . Helpful . Breakfast is good everything is prefect.

Nothing everything is positive

We had a very nice stay at the hotel and the owner, Roberta, did everything she could to make us enjoy our staying. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, there was free parking at the hotel and the swimming pool was very nice. It is also a good place to relax as it is very quiet and peaceful.

Subject: Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement at Hotel Plaza To start on a high note, the hospitality we received was truly commendable. The hotel owners were remarkably cooperative and kind, assisting us with an unfortunate situation we faced regarding our cars. Their dedication to guest satisfaction certainly made a significant positive impact on our stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. With excellent lighting, high standards of cleanliness, and good shower facilities, it provided a homely and pleasant environment for our stay. It was clear that much thought has been put into the details to ensure the comfort of guests. the breakfast and servise were very good The hotel features a pool which, although we didn't get a chance to use, adds to the appeal of the property.

there were some areas that detracted from the overall experience. The location of the hotel is a significant drawback as it is quite far from the main roads. At night, the area felt somewhat deserted and eerie, which might be unsettling for some guests. Another issue we faced was related to car safety and parking. There are no clear parking arrangements at the hotel, which created confusion and a sense of insecurity. Furthermore, our cars suffered tire damage, an event that further underlined the necessity of improved security measures.

it was not bad the problem was the hotel has not proper room and they had some problems and they changed our hotel right before we arrived it made us un happy bcz the other hotel 's rate in booking was 7 amd it was less than our hotel that we researved in booking

they had nice staff

Perfect, we decided to stay for an extra night. Staff was very friendly. Nice pool!

We didn't understand how it worked with the dinner. It started quite early compared to the Italian dinner times we know and we wanted to have a small dinner (which we did), but paid for all the courses (while they said the costs would depend on how much we'd eat). We didn't complain about this because everything else was perfect.

Staff were very accommodating, breakfast was very nice, parking was great.

Our room air conditioner was not working well

location in town , kindness , food was great , prices very affordable , relationship with customers very friendly , swimming pool and parking space . According to the prices and the kindness it has been perfect .

Very friendly staff. Nice clean Pool. Downstairs area of the hotel very nice and stylishDinner and breakfast good.

Rooms are very outdated. Bed was too hard, shower small and flooded the bathroom. Town was like a ghosttown. Nothing to do, very boring.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

It was too easy to hear what other customers were talking in their rooms. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me.

Very very nice people. The swimmingpool, the sunbeds

The rooms are outdated. The hotel is very noisy. I couldnt sleep. First because of the loud talking in the room next to us, after that because of the snoring in the room next to us. Breakfast is OK, we also had dinner at the hotel. Dinner is in the basement. When youre hungry this is the place to eat. It starts at 8 pm with a buffet of antipasti. After that 3 more courses served at the table within 1 hour. Everybody is served at the same time. We found it a strange experience. The rest of the hotelguests were Italian people aged 75-80. The village looks deserted

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and couldnt do enough for us. All this despite our very limited Italian.
