Pros +
- It felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had several delicious meals at the hotel. What's more, pets are allowed!
- Hosts were very welcoming and provided great advice to us. Great air con unit in room. Very efficient.
- Staff was nice, low cost.
Cons -
- Facilities a little dated but very functional. Disappointed with Bookings which indicated hotel was 14 miles from Parma which in reality was more like 33kms by road
- Sound echoes through the hotel beginning before 7am. Guests and cleaning personnel slam doors without regard, sending loud noises through uninsulated rooms. Breakfast was basically bread and cookies, nothing hot. If you need a taxi, the meter starts at about €20 because they call the car from Fidenza. Not a great or restful stay.
- There were a lot of mosquitoes all around the hotel.

Owners were super nice people, offering to cook us a meal even when we arrived late in evening. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Couldn't ask for more from such nice people.
