Phi Hotel Palio

Brakfast was fine. Room was spacious and pleasant.

We were two guests in a room but were charged as if we were three. Hotel would not make an adjustment on the bill. Location not very pleasant,

The front desk guy saved me a parking space right in front of the hotel’s door with a cone. There were no parking spots anywhere else because of the farmer’s market. That’s customer service!!Great breakfast and great restaurant right across the street.

Really nice bedroom with everything necessary for a comfortable night. Very attentive staff. The hotel was right in the centre.

Very poor WiFi connection, the shower head was leaky and the hairdryer was maybe 30 years old.

Close to the station. Quick check-in. Nice breakfast in our room. Close to restaurants and piazza.

I liked to location of the hotel, the size of the room and how clean it was. It was also very quiet. There are insect nets in the windows - this is a plus. The bed was very comfortable.

I did not like the fact that directly behind my window there was a trash bin. Also the fact that the safe did not work was not nice, as I was not able to really turn the key in the door in order to close it properly. The electric sockets are of the older type, so charging a laptop with Schuko-type was not possible.

Staff always helpful,location is perfect.. We have stayed here for maybe 6 times when we visit Asti.

hard to access on market day, took us 45 minutes to find it, kept driving in circle.

The staff immediately found me a room with an overhead light. location was good staff was gracious

My original room was too dark once I used the lamp outlets to charge devices

The room at the 1 and a half floor was very noisy, due to the pubs outside

this is a perfect location for my trips to Asti i choose this hotel for every visit.
