Hotel Aleramo

Location is really good and in a quiet street. Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are good.

Old / outdated Hotel which requires serious renovation, elevator is terrible, rooms are small, breakfast is underwhelming.

Easily accessible ( note that the car park is directly opposite the hotel), friendly and helpful staff. Well situated in the centre of Asti. Sensibly priced

We stayed here on the way south. In the centre of Asti next to the place where the Pallio is held. Welcoming staff. Nice big room and a good choice at breakfast. Easy walk to the old town. Restaurants and bars nearby. Secure underground parking available and also paid parking on the street outside.

Due to big food festival , took us 1.5 hrs to get to hotel car park when we were only 5 minutes away , hotel did message us in Italian even though we are English, fine we can translate but we were then told we could park in a public car park but when we got there not allowed in . Really poor communication by the hotel. Who knew we could drive down a no entry road to the hotel car park really frustrating .

The entire staff was great. Very client centric, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient to shopping and the train station.

Central modern clean

The hotel is in a perfect location for touring the city and has private parking. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.

The room was a bit too dark even with a door to a small patio.

no air-condition though it was stated in booking.com air-con is provided; the temperature in the daytime was 28 degrees C!!!

The hotel is cosy and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. The staff offer exceptional service. Especially the morning breakfast staff are really welcoming and professional. Great location and helpful staff. Loved the private parking garage.

The shower is horrible. Spits water out and doesn’t get you wet enough to even fully rinse off. It took forever to even get my hair wet. I ended up washing my face in the sink before getting in the shower in order to save time since the shower takes to long to get you wet. Zero water pressure. We also didn’t like the bed because it was rock hard and super squeaky.

We have stayed at the hotel 5 times over the years. The staff in this hotel are exceptional, always going the extra mile with service and to make you feel welcome. Anna makes fabulous omelettes too and has a fantastic sense of humour. Wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel and their service
