the welcome was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice to not have to go out again after check-in to find a meal in a town we don't know. The supper was reasonably priced and delicious, as was the morning breakfast (included in the room cost).

Friendliness of staff who make you feel special. Clean & very comfortable. Restaurant fabulous, some of the best food I've had in Italy. Extensive wine list & great selection of superb desserts

Spacious room, good continental breakfast - the staff clearly work hard to follow high and consistent standards.The location is very convenient as a straightforward, easy motoway stop-off.

I've been there only one night and the hotel is actually very nice. The interior have been completely renovated so do not look only at the outside. The room was big and confortable and the staff was nice

Basic accommodation between Milan and Genova.

Breakfast was very basic. Cheese and ham, eggs and fruits/ berries were available at extra cost.

Convenient to main roads. Balcony/ terrace was nice to sit out on.

Restaurant and bar was closed. Even though breakfast was included, there were additional charges for many items such as orange juice, eggs, fruit. The bedroom was dated and in need of refurbishment.

Location is walking far away from center and bars/restaurants, other than the hotel one; not a good value for money if fares does not include any breakfast; just some smiling faces from the reception and staff should be more welcoming for guests

Snow-white bedding, large room, drinking water in the room, parking.

It was noisy at night, dogs were barking and cars were driving nearby. For breakfast, you have to pay separately for scrambled eggs and it's strange and expensive.

Spacious room with air conditioning, Genoa and Milano can easily be reached by car. Tortona has a variety of supermarkets and gas stations. Very practical.

The breakfast is minimalistic, extra charges come up for fried eggs, ham or orange juice.

Located close to the highway.

Terrible breakfast. We got only 1 croissant each. No juice, no normal bread, no ham, no chicken, no vegetables. We are not coming back!

Prople and comfortable beds

I will never be back to that hotel, it was very noisy during the night from the guests upstairs couldn’t sleep

breakfast… almost no varied selection and of each item only 2-3 pieces. even though you paid for breakfast, you’d still have to pay extra if you want eggs…

As often in Italy, entrance is beautiful, the rooms not according to pictures. Outdated, poor quality, it does the trick for one night.Breakfast included, but with the cheapest ALDI discounter juice, brioche (as pre-packed, hence not fresh) and machine coffee. This in the country of good coffee and fresh brioche is a No Go. All other breakfast options upon extra payment. The lady who serves breakfast however very friendly and professional. Reception rather unwelcoming.

We had a lovely evening meal here. Staff were friendly and accommodated our food allergies very diligently.

Very hard to communicate in English, français or Deutsch. Only Italian spoken.No info at check-in that 1) room key does not unlock Main entrance. You have to ring.2) that there is a restaurant in the facilities as well and that it opens at 1930.3) breakfast is from 0700-0930 and where it is.4) tortona has to offer many things.Breakfast is not what we are used to from other countries...

The hotel is well located and breakfast is included (delicious food, juices and coffee). It has a large garden, free parking, an amazing restaurant (delicious food and local wines) and of course, friendly staff.

We could have stayed longer, the area around is wonderful!

Great property, very nice hosts, very clean rooms, breakfast was really good also, we totally recommend this place!!!
