Air conditioning is dead !! 30 degrees in the room Short entrance , not easy for big luggage

Clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Tortona. Air conditioning worked great even during an extremely hot day. Good breakfast. Tortona was a very nice, vibrant city. The hills around were beautiful. Make sure you try the white wines with the local Timorasso grape, phenomenal!

The price for a single room was a bit high.

Scammers, refund the money for the room where I was not allowed

I arrived at the hotel after 22 pm, which I wrote about through a letter to the hotel. A closed door was waiting for me, and I had to go look for another hotel where to spend the night.

High quality of the tratoria just outside. Nice center of the town that can be reached on foot. Good maintenance of the building, means old building, but modern lavatory.

Comfortable bed, very good trattoria downstairs, easy to park in the street (just watch for certain prohibited days).

There was a treacherous step from the bedroom to the bathroom, somebody is going to have an accident some night there. Also, the soundproofing is weak and one hears traffic (and, for some reason, there was somebody banging on stuff at 10PM).

Quiet, old-style room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom clean. Good breakfast. First rate restaurant offering excellent Italian cooking at reasonable prices within the hotel. Would stay at hotel just for dinner. Easy walk to railway station.

Very spacious room and bathroom, all very clean, a little bit noisy due to the traffic , (maybe some heavy curtains may help?)

A lack of info on the restaurant opening times for the evening.

The host was helpful and polite. The hotel offered a spacious and free parking.

The hotel room was a bit too dark.

Room, bed, wardrobe and bathroom were all enormous - the furniture was more antique than old.

Entrance was surprisingly round the corner and unclear.

The staff are delightful and the restaurant under the beautiful outdoor old roof space was a great find. Beautiful and delicate food

Liked everything

The building was super warm, while outside was freezing, so it was a good welcoming. The staff was very nice and prepared me a breakfast to take as I was leaving before the breakfast hour. The room was very big, almost too big as the beds were a bit lost there. I liked the decoration! Something between end of XIX century and american pub style Eheh interesting to say the least! Near of the train station (like you can walk between those two points). Family-management style.

The bed was not very comfy, but Ok.. Attention: no elevator.

3 flights of stairs to walk up to the room. Room was dark with barely adequate lighting.

Room close to a main street therefore a bit noisy.Some item in bathroom needed maintenance but in general everything was working.

The location has a good restaurant for evening and location is easy to access.

There was a lady Georgia which I was very nervosa/ quite aggressive if you ask anything, for example even a piece of bread was something too much to ask, all the time she used Covid as excuse not to serve you. The breakfast for 4 people consisted in 1 juice bottle of 250ml, 1 yaourt; 1 cheese... to ask for more you just end up by irritating this lady Georgia, she is too aggressive with customers to be a waiter.

Good option to stay if you just need a comfortable bed for the night. The breakfast was acceptable although it could be better. Cannot ask for more for the price of the stay. The lady at the reception upon our arrival was extremely nice.

There was no parking on the property only street parking or q questionable parking lot.
