NH Gran Hotel Casino de Extremadura

The rooms very beautifully, large, well appointed. I would stay at this hotel again!

Service, cleanliness, very nice with a very interesting menu.

The staff at the front desk was extraordinary. We were welcomed after a very long travel day with a wonderful greeting and upgrade to a junior suite. That was an awesome surprise and greatly appreciated. Thank you. The next day they let us extend our check out an extra hour because we had a late bus. The hotel was fabulous and the decor amazing and high class.

Nothing great hotel

Fabulous hotel! The staff super friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were super comfy and clean. The restaurant was amazing!

Very nice high grade facility. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful.

Our AC did not work well, but opened the window and we were comfortable.

Staff was friendly and parking was easy.

The room have flakes of what looked like food on bedside end table. Chairs had surface stain that were gross. Temperature was too hot on arrive 24.1°C. I sweet and had to call the desk to complain. They remotely turned it down but we had to leave due to how hot it was. When we arrived back 4hrs later,it was at a nice temp.

There was parking underneath the hotel, which was 16€ perfect for us. Ideal stopover hotel on the way to Portugal.

The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we were informed prior to our stay.

We’ve stayed here on multiple occasions en-route to Portugal. The hotel is ideally placed in the historic and beautiful city of Badajoz. The rooms are superb and the staff are excellent

The main restaurant is undergoing upgrade and is unavailable. Guests can dine in the associated Casino and take breakfast in a temporary breakfast room but it will be great when the upgrade is done.

Location is perfect to walk into the city centre over the "puente de palmas". Parking at the hotel is easy, rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

Front staff was lovely and check-in process was smooth. Location is excellent. Room is perfect!! Cleanliness to perfection!!

The staff were lovely . We were upgraded to a suite which was brilliant . Huge lounge , bedroom and fab bathroom .

The hotel building is modern and up-to-date. The rooms were spacious, and it was a big plus to have a bathtub! Can recommend also for longer stays!

Big room. Casino enclosed. 10 minutes walk to the old city centre. Parking next to the hotel for free. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Heavy traffic outside.

This hotel was lovely, the bedroom extremely comfortable with a huge bed. The hotel restaurant was excellent, with wonderful food and wines. The food was also great in the Casino bar. The staff were very efficient and helpful and the underground parking was excellent.

Nice city centre hotel, which was clean & comfortable and situated for our needs.

Couldn't get a small or snack sized lunch. We didn't have full restaurant meal in our plans.

The room and bathroom were large and very clean.The hotel was very glam. Breakfast was excellent, delicious eggs, an assortment of meats and cheese and pastries. Great choice of fresh fruit.The location was ideal, close to the river parks and 20 mins to the old town.

No outside space.
