AC Hotel Badajoz

Due to health reasons, my diet is very limited, but the staff was very helpful and found suitable options for me, so I ended up having an amazing breakfast. The location is great and close to many restaurants, with plenty of choices for lunch and dinner. The neighborhood is quiet, and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Good location, easy to park on street.

Very expensive, bad bed, you can hear all noises on the street and into the aisle. The shower was just really the worst I have ever seen in my life.

Were greeted warmly by the staff. I opted for basement parking and the parking can fit large van (V-Class). There is supermarket and restaurants nearby. Only 5-10 mins to the Badajoz Alcazaba.

only downside is that it is a bit remote, station is 25 minutes and bus station is a 45 minute walk.

Nice rooms with big terrace, very good breakfast, clean bath.

We left very early in the morning, so we asked for a breakfast pack. The sandwich consisted of a slice of ham inside two slices of bread without any butter, or cheese or vegetables... The rest of the pack was ok (a juice, a jogurt, an apple, and a small biscuit)

A Totally Disappointment.

The Room was very small for the price and the Closet was to small and the doors were broken ( for my MARRIOTT quality ) Very ... Very disappointed. Breakfast ( so ... so ) and the Bed was very hard.

Maria the receptionist in the morning was very nice, the beds were comfortable.

Very outdated hotel and not worthy of the 4 stars.The bathroom had mold and rust in the bathtub as per picture. The receptionist in checkin was not very pleasent and gave very evasive answers when asked for help. Location is in the outskirts.One of The beds had no electrical outlet next to them to charge the phone.

Nice cool, well appointed rooms, nice staff, absolutely surprisingly nice food in the restaurant (not a dig, but you know how chain hotel meals can be?). Can't see myself ever in Badajoz again, but if I am, would deffo stay here again. Cheers.

Some blokes fighting and shouting at 03.00. But I did go straight back to sleep.

For the purpose of the visit the location was excellent. Just 5 minutes walk to the hospital.

This is a comfortable hotel on a relatively quiet street (ask for a room facing the small park in front), half an hour walk from the historic centre and the university

The breakfast on the weekend started at 8:00 and although I paid for it I couldn't have it as I had to leave early.

Great location, very central, lots of eateries within minutes. Lovely hotel, bedroom was sufficient size with good soundproofing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, definitely a recommendation, we would stay again.

No free parking onsite, cost was 9 euros a night in the hotels underground car park. We parked free on the street within 1 minutes walk around the square in front of the hotel. No dislikes at this hotel.

Nice and quiet location, away from the historic center. Super comfy beds and pillows. all amenities were excellent.

shuttle to the town would have been nice

I was sick when I arrived and the employees immediately helped me get food, a hot water cafetera, ginger tea and the Chef made me a special dinner. The EMPLOYEES Were EXCELLENT! They went beyond what their job calls for! Thank them SO MUCH! The Morning Chef also made me a ‘care package Picnic’ for the train with healthy snacks! I can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about them! Thank you MUCHISIMOS GRACIOUS!

Absolutamente NADA! It was wonderful, if I ever return that will be my Hotel because they are the BEST!

Enrique was profesional, courtesy, knowledgable. Had an issue that was resolved immediately.

The room was ok. The bed was big enough for two persons. The blankets were too warm. The window could open and the bathroom was clean and big enough.

The television was to low. You couldn't watch it when you are laying in your bed. The paper wall in some places was damaged.
