Very nice room, comfortable bed, nice art work.

Location

Shower in a narrow bathtub without grab bar or non-slip mat.

Close to everything, but then the parking bill almost makes you want to question your life choices.

Pretty much everything. Room was old, dirty, moldy bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Tried to get a bottle of water from front desk and all the money in the world will not get you one. They quickly explained that they do not have access to anything from the restaurant, that everything is locked up. Also while centrally located you have to pay 18€ per night to park. Which is super high considering you are already paying for accommodations.

The staff support for a lost item / the parking around the area / parking price per day (15€ on premises) / the cleanliness of the room (which is also rather outdated).

Staff members were great. The breakfast was amazing.

The people next to us were very loud, waited until past 1:00am and went downstairs, talked to the staff and he immediately called the reported room number while I was in front of him. I appreciate this.

Nice hotel close to river and walking distance to center. Nice big room with comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge in room and great choices at breakfast. Had a room to store our bicycles securely.

Helpful staff, a special room for our bicycles, a good breakfast, a good size room and a convenient location.

Nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, good location, easy parking

Close to a lovely park( with peacocks). Underground car park, and plenty of disabled parking in the town. Within walking distance of cafes , restaurants, river walks, land marks

Great night stopover. Good breakfast, lovely staff. Secure motorcycle parking. Really close to old part of the city with lots to see and plenty of places to eat.

The location is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable and lovely. The breakfast buffet was amazing—such a tasty variety of food.

My room was actually a suite with two balconies overlooking the river and park.

Breakfast was good value at €9.

Reception had bad attitude. It appeared to be because we weren’t Spanish. Gave us a disabled access room that was smelly. Forced a room change that still didn’t give us a double bed. Too bad that is all that’s available. Parking at €15 day didn’t have direct access into building.
