Most everything. Check in counter staff were very friendly and helpful

Access to the property driving in from the east is really difficult due to highway construction. Also this time of year on site food service is very limited except for a buffet breakfast which isn’t bad actually.

0 to 5, I give 2,5. Staff was great, great people, cherish them.

No microwave, aircon not working (always hot) and noisy, found live ants walking by the room, no tooth brush neither tooth paste.

The hotel is located next to a highway. Nowhere to go by foot.

Bugs in the bathroom.Air con sounds like gatbage disposal truck right outside your window. Turn it off, but if it is on in the next room, it sounds like a garbage disposal truck outside the window of the room next door. Breakfast was very very poor.

The check in , it was really long to make is like every machine don’t work in the time maybe because every machine is a litlle to old , after I stay in a room , in front of the gas station which was shit because the mosquites were a lot and the lights at the gas station were very strong by the Window

Room was spacious and clean

Facilities were poor, not what was stated on their website. Unfortunately being a Sunday night the restaurant and bar were both closed. -not what you would expect in Four star hotel or that was advertised on their website . Instead you had to use their adjacent cafe which was full of coach loads off the motorway , cuing 20 minutes to order a drink.The hotel was alongside a motorway with constant noise off the passing lorry’s.

This hotel is excellent. The location is brilliant. You are literally just off the main route from Lisbon to Madrid. There is no traffic noise. It is easy to find, whether you are coming from Spain or Portugal. I can highly recommend the suckling pig off the restaurant menu. We will stay here again.

This was a second visit and the hotel itself was just as good. The cafeteria food was good.

The cafeteria was still noisy, dominated by the TV. The restaurant was closed - a big disappointment.

Nice clean hotel. Bars were closed but the cafe attached to the garage was open and great value.

Hard to find sat nav took me in the wrong direction. Not the hotels fault.

Clean modern just next to the motorway with a petrol station and a cafeteria

everything. friendly staff, new feeling, well appointed. More than adequate for a business or family stay. No hesitation to recommend.

Convenient - easy to find. Good room. Also option of eating in cafeteria meant we could eat earlier. We had a steak their which was very good.

Very Good quality room for the money paid. There is a close restaurant to have breakfast.

It’s in the middle of the motorway, in a gas-station area. Your own car is needed if this is your place to overnight.

a fine experience over the full line

is on the last area de servicio before reaching Potugal which is no official highway exit .So you can miss it when yr gps is not updated to such exit possibility. Google maps worked well but my car gps failed ...

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel.

The property was airy and light . Well decorated and very comfortable

Aerial cable to TV was broken and batteries on safe was flat .maintenance needs a bit of attention

Very light and open , very comfortable rooms . Reception are was beautiful as well as decorations in room

Noisy air condition ,

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for our journey to Santander.
