Felix Hotel

Date of stay: 3 September 2025.The hotel has to provide guests with an official reclamation form if an issue arise.I paid a premium rate for a room advertised with an in-room projector. The projector emits a very loud mechanical hum when switched on, making it very annoying to use it.The room is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the hotel’s main entrance, so constant traffic made the situation worse.Often people would stand right outside our room and looked inside through the window.Reception’s only offer was to move me to a room at roughly double the price; the hotel was otherwise full. Unless I receive a refund or fair compensation, I cannot recommend this hotel at this price point. I will update this review if management resolves the issue.

Friendly welcome with an upgrade in room and a reception desk speaking more than the local language (which to us coming from Belgium seems logic, but isn't in -inland- Spain !).We recommended it to many of our friends as ideal stop if they travel by car to their property South....

Clean tidy and warm

The bath tub was rather difficult for a shorter person like myself to step over

The room was big and very clean. Bathroom the same. Breakfast was of a good quality.

Clean, modern room. Small refrigerator and kettle available. Large facility. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Doors slamming. The doors weren't weighted, and there were no door 'stops' to prevent doors banging into the walls when people entered their rooms.

Room good size bed electric lift top and bottom up, under cover parking for my motorcycle, Nice pool friendly staff and helpful. Free toothbrush.

Poor shower gel & shampoo, Got free toothbrush but no toothpaste??

Arrived tired and very sweaty after a 5 hour by motorcycle ride. Really glad I chose this placeNo nasty surprises just clean bc safe environment Food was very reasonable and great wualiy

Central location to visit southern part of Catalonia. Good breakfast en good Felix restaurant just nearby. Kingsize bed.

The breakfast and in the restaurant it was only a la carte menu no bar food.

Full facilities in a good hotel with conference facilities. Very helpful staff.

Disappointing

Poor common areas, bar, facilities in general

We liked everything, it was the best hotel during our trip. The rooms were big enough, the beds could be adjusted (kids specially liked to lift up the part where your head and/or legs are). Also there is possibility to charge electric car. It is about 20 minutes drive from the PortAventura/Ferrari Land.

Stayed with friends riding through Spain, Portugal and France on our motorbikes. Very pleasant overnight stay. Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and engaging staff, cold beer from the cafeteria and decent food from their adjoing restaurant too.. would happily return and recommend.

the merlot suite was spacious, as well as the bathroom, and clean.bed was comfortable, the location is very quite, so we slept well.breakfast was tasty, with enough options for both salty and sweet types. we also tried the restaurant, and it was fine.

only bad thing was that the jacuzzi in our room stopped working a couple of days our arrival and could not be repaired. anyway the staff was kind and offered us a discount of 200€ on the room. a pity, but overall all good
