Clean, good free coffee, outstanding personnel

Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a lovely spot to spend a few nights. It offers excellent value for the price.

The person who assisted us was neither kind nor courteous. He informed us that we couldn't stay with our two small dogs, despite this being confirmed over the phone before our booking. He insisted we needed to reserve two rooms instead. Fortunately, the manager intervened and ensured we could stay in the room with our dogs, as initially agreed upon. While the fee was stated as 15 euros per dog per night, the attendant charged us 20 euros each.

We love our coffee. Since this is a chain and they tend to all use the same products B & B hotels would not be my first choice but I would definitely consider them. If this small thing doesn’t concern you then consider it a good option.

Nice lay out

Breakfast was varied and very nice. The dining room was not crowded. It's well located if you're visiting the villages around, because the town itself is not worth visiting. The room had everything you needed.

Not enough lighting, the mattress had seen better days and there's only one (very flat) pillow. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, but we could open the window so it was ok. There was a constant noise like that of a fan throughout the night.

Perfect location for a business meeting and less than one hour drive from Barcelona El Prat airport. Excellent value Set Meal in the bar/cafe area which included drinks and it was of a very high standard with quick and friendly service. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. I didn't try the pool or leisure facilities as I arrived late in the evening for a morning meeting but everything looked good.

Some litter around the entrance to the hotel but this may have been weather related (rain storms) however looked like it had been there some time.

Business hotel, in a good location near the highway, staff very kind, breakfast ok.

They should have always someone who speaks English, because in a business hotel, if guests arrive in late evening, it would be helpful an easy communication.

Coffee machine not clean. Only one pod for two people. No soap in shower dispenser. Expensive car parking.

Room was a good, bed was comfortable, staff were polite and the location was good for onward travel.

Cooked Breakfast was cold

Very comfortable, clean, hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was quite big! The beds were very comfortable and it had a restaurant in the hotel. We decided to eat out and there were a number of places close by including a Super Market.

All employees at the hotel were very profesional, helpful and friendly.

The mattress was rock hard and very used, the pillows were not plump and there were no options. The deco is a bit dated and some small maintenance is needed (nothing important). Unless you ask for the aa there is none, so you actually have to complain.

Tea and coffee in the room, comfortable bed, good choice of meal for breakfast, car charging in front of the hotel, souvenirs and local delicatesses shop, nice and welcoming staff at the reception, restaurant terrace

Shower cabin leaked a little, room size is just enough to get in and go to bed, outdoor car park was full, however, inside was available for a fee. A bit disorganised rushing restaurant staff during breakfast time.

Location easy to find. Decor was very good, Room very clean well proportioned bathroom very good, bed confortable

Lighting in room difficlt to control, switches were not posititive. Lots of buzzing noise from the transformer controlling the dimmer to the entrance LED's. Not being able to use the resturant before 20:30 hrs was a problems

Visited this hotel many times and never disappointed. Clean and well serviced. Staff at reception supper nice and helpful.

A little bit of a walk (15 mins) in Valls centre. Not an issue for me though.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms (even though it's near a big road). We were allowed a late checkout at 2pm (and we sure needed that after 5 days of hiking!).The sauna, jacuzzi and pool were a treat! Close to laundry machines, super markets and a quick bite. Extensive breakfast, plenty of choice for vegetarians. This hotel makes a night in between travel days feel like a little holiday!

No water kettle in the room for tea (though there is great coffee in recyclable/composable cups, even decaf!)

Very clean , staff very helpful and nice hotel rooms modern nice spa and pool . Breakfast good selection and restaurant dinner superb
