Hotel AMI Budva Petrovac

Large room with a small, nice balcony, very good location near the center. Very good food both for their Generos Breakfast bouffe and very good dinner bouffe. We loved the food. The staff is very nice. A great hotel to stay. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. We had nice parking for our car at the hotel parking.

Great location, close to beach and riva. They have a private beach area there for guests though Noone informed us. Hotel is new, nice decor, modern. Had a large room with balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of selection. They had live entertainment a few nights and performer was really good. Spa and indoor pool were also nice. Comfy beds in rooms. Nice toiletries. We would stay again, though there are improvements to be made.

Staff was pk, refused to send up plates, which we requested, fine if it weren't a 5-star hotel, but it is. If someone requests plates, you send them. Spa girl was a bit curt. All other staff was good. Balcony was huge, but didn't have enough furniture. Need more comfy furniture on large balconies. AC was not great, didn't get very cold in room. Elevators were not enough and somewhat slow.

Everything was great! Stuff was amazing, especially Gojko and the general manager who went out of their way to fulfill all the requests we had.Breakfast was very good. Spa also.The rooms were fully equipped. This was our business trip and the hotel fully lived up to expectations, our candly recommendation.

Very nice and modern hotel, overall I enjoyed my experience there and would definitely stay there again. Rooms are well maintained and look fresh, staff was extremely friendly, helpfull and welcoming. My room was marked as "sea view" and the view was indeed incredible. It's a small town but the location is still good, close to the bus station and to the seaside.

Some nitpicking but given quite high price and 5* mentioning things that catched my eye. TV was quite outdated and did not support Smart TV/casting from the device. I stayed there in April during heating season but it was quite warm outside already so it was a bit hot in my room and there was no option to use AC for cooling. There was no fresh juice for breakfast, there was some dispenser machine but juice from it did not feel natural (although it did the job as a drink). Capsule coffee machine in the room would be good.

It is a beautiful hotel with a very welcoming staff. The rooms are cozy, the sauna is hot, the view is fantastic.The breakfast is rich, for every type of eater :)

The view was truly breathtaking, and the room was exceptionally clean. I appreciated the nice touch of having a plate of sweets in the room. Additionally, I was impressed that the towels were changed twice a day.

To be honest, my experience at the hotel didn’t quite meet the 5-star expectations I had. In terms of room amenities, there was only one bottle of water provided for two guests, and it wasn’t replenished during our stay. Additionally, the tea bags were not restocked, which was a bit disappointing.The spa facilities also fell short of my expectations. While the swimming pool was nice, clean, and spacious, I found it could have been warmer. Unfortunately, the sauna and Turkish bath were not hot at all.Regarding the mattress, I agree with previous reviews that it was a bit hard. Lastly, while the breakfast was edible, I anticipated more variety and quality from a 5-star hotel.

Nice and comfortable Hotel. Very polite staff and the location is very suitable and close to the center. Fantastic breakfast and SPA center. Highly recommended as a place, I will come back again :)

Excellent Location and Great Service!Our stay at *Hotel AMI Budva* was delightful! The hotel location is unbeatable - just a few minutes walk from the beach and they have a Caddy if you don‘t want to walk. The hotel was peaceful and we were able to rest comfortably. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. They provide Mineral Water every day. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern amenities. The decor was charming, giving the room a classic, elegant feel.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Location was ok but not much to do. Some lovely local places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxing break!

The jacuzzi was cold when we arrived, even though I wrote a message asking for to be ready. I took 5 hours to warm up. The open pool is very cold. All attention of the hotel personal was to people, attending seminar. We were told a few times that they are coming first. But we stayed in the most expensive room of the hotel! It made us feel uncomfortable. At one point we went to the terrase and saw bottles of water and coffee pot ready (which is normal for 5 star hotel). We were immediately told by the staff that this is only for seminar people. It should have been done differently. Put a sign! Isolate them! Hotel guests should not feel that they are not a priority. Did not like this fact a lot. Robes in the room were not washed.

Really nice hotel, spacious rooms, very good value for the money you pay. You also have the spa included (saunas and pool) which is nice on a bad weather day

Staff was simply amazing - including, but not limited to GM, receptionists, bell-boys and everybody at the SPA centre. Extremely hospitable and capable of magic that shouldn't even be possible - such as switching rooms at the peak of the season.Breakfast was tasty and ample - buffet with a good selection of cold cuts, eggs, pastries, fruits and vegetables - you get the idea. The restaurant also never felt crowded.Own section of the beach (with dedicated transfer) is a huge plus.Absolutely breathtaking view from the room.Housemaids were swift and almost stealthy; laundry service was also very quick.No issues with soundproofing at all.Despite the hotel being the tallest building in town, I never had to wait for the elevator for too long.

Gym is fairly tiny and it can't accommodate more than two people (though I've never met anyone there). Space around the outdoor pool is also somewhat limited.There were issues with daytime water supply (and, subsequently, with air conditioning) for a couple of days due to a city-wide outage, but they were promptly resolved and the managers went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.

There is no air con so in a hot country you couldn’t really sleep. Surprising for a 5 star? The bell boy gave our pre booked taxi to the airport to another family so we was waiting in the lobby for over an hour for them to sort another one. Almost missed our flight because of this. Staff at the buffet don’t know how to smile.
