We received an apartment in Palas Lux hotel, next to the beach and also a free parking. Also the pool was available for free and the hotel offered us 2 dinners.

In both bathrooms it was a smell from the sewers that was very annoying, during the full stay. Also, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, just the towels were changed daily and the garbage was thrown away

Location is great, hotel area is quite large and sophisticated.

Hotel needs some renovation. Especially SPA: the only sauna wasn’t working at the right temperature and the rest (hamam) isn’t working at all.

This is maybe one of the most beautiful locations on the entire Montenegrin coast. Room with the terrace, gorgeous sea view, nice garden, swimming pool, promenade and beautiful, large sandy beach in front is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. In addition, extremely friendly and helpful staff makes you want to come back again and again with joy.

There is no such thing!

Good facilities and great location.

Ridiculous about people going to the pool at 7am to reserve their pool chairs. They keep them all day even when they leave the pool area so no one can get a seat. The beach area you have to pay for, even the one covered by the hotel.

Location in the resort and on the beach. Upgraded to sea view room in a newer part of the hotel which was excellent.

No pool towels were provided which would be expected in a 4* hotel, nor could we hire any, despite other package holidays customers having pool towels. Breakfast was satisfactory.

We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite of a room and a living room - and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for thatAt the reception the representative named Mr. Marco (the lower of the two MarcosHe welcomed us and helped us with everything we asked for.The next day, the first day after we encountered a problem with the air conditioning in the room and a break in the shower floor - he offered us to move to an adjacent hotel that belongs to the Palas Hotel, only newer and more luxurious, called Palas Lux, at no extra charge, and as compensation for the grief, they offered us to park our car without the daily payment of 15 euros

Despite what I will mention later - our stay was excellent and pleasant, the attitude of the staff members was wonderful - the hotel is very clean, the food at breakfast is excellent, and with a large selectionThe room is excellent - the view is lovely - and we would love to come back to stay at this hotel again.When we arrived it was 30 degrees, the air conditioner in our room was not able to cool well enough - and the next day we were offered to move to an adjacent building Belonging to the hotel - where the air conditioners were really strong - to our dismay, the glass door in the shower had loose hinges and after we informed reception - they sent technicians and took the whole door to repair

I like staff approach and option of pool availability with salty water as well as room layout and all facilities in room.

I didn’t like behaviour of 2 boys in charge for loungers on the beach. We were told on Hotel reception there is no charges for loungers after 5pm anywhere in Montenegro beaches as per their law however 2 boys kick us out with explanation Hotel Palas payed for beach and some other nonsense reasons. It was very rude of them and I believe they should be trained how to speak to people and guests of Hotel Palas.

We loved the location and the whole surroundings. Everything is in walking distance. Comfy pool area with amazing views at the bar. We were upgraded to a lux room, and it was spacious, pretty, nice panorama and comfortable bed.

Small maintenance problems in the room, it didn't affect the comfort that much. Breakfast quality could be a bit better.

The positive thing about this hotel is location and view from the balcony. Also, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK, nice tables outside in the restaurant. Manager of the restaurant was kind enough to give us a discount for lunch and dinner for our kids, that was nice.

Not 4 stars hotel, old, very small rooms for family 2+2, almost impossible to move with additional bed. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom, beds old and not comfortable, poor air condition and wi-fi. No wi-fi at the pool. No enough beds by the pool in the season, disrespectful for guests to wake up at 6:30 (!) to stay in a queue (!) to have a place near the pool, at 7;00 all booked! The lifeguard by the pool is inside the building (!!!) which I won't even comment - think of the safety of your kids while booking, for 4 stars hotel lifeguard that takes care of guests should be mandatory, the guy was on his phone while on duty, inside the hotel...My direct comment to the hotel staff did not help at all. No towels, beach/pool bar with very average food. A pity that a place with a good location and potential has such a poor value for money. And if you count to take some rest and get some sleep back, not here - very loud music from the restaurant in front of the hotel, and one day at 7:00 (!!!) the hotel staff were cleaning the pool with very loud cleaning machine

The location and availability of all local attractions was great. Hotel staff were excellent.

Staying in the lux hotel it is almost impossible to sleep with the balcony door or window open due to outside noise, not sure anything can be done about it but it would be nice.

Such a disappointment. The most ridiculous thing is additional charge for a baby cot, parking spot and sun chairs! Overnight stay is quite expensive so that should be included! Bathroom cleanliness was awful. Empty bottles of amenities, rust on the soap holder, dirty coeners, toothbrush glass also, mirror with a watermarks, balcony looks like never been washed, dusty furniture. Air condition which didn’t work.

Team members are great! Lady at the terrace, FD team and HK all amazing ☺️

No free parking for guests

The pools are good.

The rooms were not clean. Crumbs in the drawers and a lot of dirt around bed side lockers. The balcony doors did not close properly. The air con did not work at all. Staff were notified TWICE about a curtain not being wide enough to cover the main window/balcony door and did absolutely nothing to replace it or fix the problem. We were there for numerous nights and they just kept ignoring the issue. Horrendous customer service. A very loud (and out of tune) singer plays until 10:30pm every second night which is not great when you are with children and placed in a room right beside the singer.
