Great location, right on the beach, professional staff and excellent accommodation.

Very nice pool and beautiful garden.

1. There was a lot of trees and sun shade.2. Hotel is on great location next to sea3. Hotel has very good potential if only they would invest some money and train people how to work with customers

1. Staf was very rude, they have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. When I pointed out what I am not satisfied with, they told me that it is always poor people who camplain, while the rich ones are good with the service. I was very offended.2. We needed to change rooms twice. 1st room had flooded balcony, 2nd room didnt have wifi coverage and bad was broken. We needed ti move our stuff on our own, and they had the nerve to ask me if I am happy now, when we got into the third room.3. Water in bathrooms is crazy, going hot to cold on its own, you couldnt get a normal shower4. Parking lot was not safe, it is inside unfinished building construction with posibility for something to fall on your head when you go to your car5. Pool was not clean, and water was freezing cold (no heating) which is not acceptable for "4 star hotel"6. Food was same for 7 days, sometimes it was late, organization was bad as we waited around 20 minites in line every time7. They dont have private beach as advertised8. Gym that they advertised is abandoned and very dirty, nobody is taking care of it9. Carpets had a bad smell, like they were not washed for a long time10. Hotel photos on booking are outdated and it is different when you get there, there is 2 unfinished buildings on borders of hotel yard, and it is ruining the feeling11. They advertised kids playground with animator, but that was not working at all12. I talked to couple of other visitors and everybody felt the same, everybody was disapointed

We couln't made check in as hotel has't not private beath as mentioned on the site of booking.com. Many thanks for in Mr. Ivan Sunjara who met us on the reception and told us true information that hotel hasn't private beach only private pool and private garden. That's why we took taxi and went to other hotel with private beach. Till now we didn't receive refund money or any compansation. And Hotel keep send the massages that they have private beach, but this is not so. With Mr. Ivan Sunjara we check territory of hotel, and he showed that no private beach of hotel.

Greasy, dirty, cutlery and plates Very questionable quality of food Moldy bathroom Long queues for breakfast and dinner Very bad to none internet connection in the room (121)Only after four times requested the room safe was fixed Room located near the gym, children playing in the very same. Air conditioning creating every couple of minutes, even when shut off, a very unpleasant noice.

they never cleaned the room, they never changes for 5 nights the covers.Very dirty, the food was not good and to much choices.Parking problems

disfunctional dinner and breakfast - coffee removed when we went to get a hot dish from the buffet for example. Desserts not replenished 30 mins before end of service. Very busy reception desk without enough staff

I really liked the location, the swimming pool and garden as well as the food. There was not a lot of food options but the ones they had were good.

The room was not clean when we arrived and we had the AC dropping water. Then the carpet started smelling due to the water on the old carpet. The staff was not helpful at all, we had to contact them several times to come fix the AC. The parking lot is horrible. You are not sure if you can come out since people will park behind you. The last day to make sure that we couldn't find a parking space so we had to go park in the middle of the in a paying public place.

we arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening and they didn't keep our room. moreover, they couldn't even find another hotel close to us and we had traveled a long way just to be left outside in the middle of the road. very bad service would not recommend.

loved the pool area and the proximity to the sea, great starting point for an evening stroll on the promenade

if you've never been here, prepare to spend a long time looking for an entrance - the owner wanted to expand and started building a new block at the entrance - the new building has been abandoned so when you arrive you will have to go through a construction site to find the entrance - ask locals and they will direct you

Close to the beach and to the nice harbor area with nice shops and restaurants.

The hotel is surrounded by two new high buildings, so booking photos are not maching anymore. The environment completely ruined ambient and I was disappointed. I know it’s not their fault…but future guests, be aware of it! Parking was chaotic and stuff a bit confused. Hotel is good but it is older than it seems at booking.

The breakfast was good and the location is nice.

The rooms werent that clean, the hotel does not have a beach and a beach bar as it says in the brochure. It is dated and has nowhere near 4 stars. It would be okay if it were half the price.

Cleanliness was lacking. Staff needs serios training for understanding the principles of hospitality service. if this 2 aspect would be sorted out, the venue could become an excellent resort because it really has the potential to get there

meny was not baby friendly, the restaurant was not working lack of Chef, in booking its said that they have private beach but not , the beds were terrible old even the bathroom and everything was old the. Hotel needs a renew. i dont recomment it to no one with baby. after the first night wanted to cancel the manager said its imbossible we have to charge u all.

Very comfortable beds and the cleaning lady was in changing towels most of the days. Close to the promenade.Room good size.Cleaning lady was really trying to keep up with the floors etc but I could only see her doing it.

.On arrival we were given different room, not what we booked. Apparently this one was "better" but I'm not sure. There was massive tree in front of our balcony so we had no views! Parking! Used old buildings next to the hotel (they spoiled the views so badly) dangerous bits hanging of that building, I'm surprised none of the cars got damaged, or meybe they did no idea. It's not what it is on pictures!Swimming pool is good size but it was difficult to swim properly as full of kids jumping in and small kids crying, but that's what you get when booking big hotel. Not relaxing at all. Sun lunges broken, a lot of them, parasols not functioning properly. No access to the beach in fact. We went on day one and used the sun lunges but soon we realise it is for guests from different hotel! Not Rivijera. We were sent further away when you have to pay €15/day. No space to even put a towel and use that. The only spot when you can squeeze in and use towel/mat so u r not being charged is the corner of the bay that is most dirty... Made me lough. WARNING! In the room there was a tiny fridge with 2 chocolate bars, 2 tiny bottles of orange juice, mineral water, some dry wine and tiny bottle/one shot of vodka a d whisky. We thought it was a nice welcoming gesture of the hotel. We had the chocolate and juice and water. Nobody liked the wine or beer, went in the sink. Anyway, someone topped the fridge up before our departure and we got a bill of nearly €100 for it to pay! If we knew we were gonna be charged for it we wouldn't touch it as there were much better stuff available from the local shops. When I explain to the guy on the reception all he did is kind od shook his shoulders like "whatever". He just wanted the money.Carpets on the stairs very dirty. But overall hallways and floor clean, poor lady was in it all day and all night.SMOKING allowed everywhere!!
