San Teodoro Boutique Hotel

Basement room , hard to find reception, about a block from where G Maps said it was and no signs. Small room, great location. Great staff.

The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful - we even had home made cookies to welcome us. The room provided was small, but comfortable, and well appointed with items like soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. The location is fabulous!

The bathroom sink drained slowly.

Property was historic and in an amazing location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location and staff were awesome. Would come again for sure.

Room 4 - although view beautiful was very small.

The shower doors leaked a significant amount of water. We’d read about breakfast in other reviews. Although we knew it wasn’t included, we’d hoped we could purchase it but that wasn’t an option due to our travels in October.

We loved the location, so close to the ferry! The rooms were comfortable, well decorated and clean! We had mini fridge, walk in shower and split twin beds (perfect for women traveling together) But the bonus was the staff. They lent us wine glasses when we sat out front of the office playing cards and the BIGGIE was my friend left 3 shirts in the closet by accident and the wrapped them up and put them on the next ferry to Split- now that is service!!!

The location was close to Old Town and they helped us unload the bags so we could park offsite. The room was good sized and they had a nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel was in a fantastic location by Old Town and over the road from the sea. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful

The building is an old building and hence the rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. That said it’s serviceable and we managed ok. That’s the only down side to the stay

Great location, property and staff. I only gave vergae for quietness due to a concert in the square in one evening during our stay - so would not expect quietness on that night!

Breakfast was great. The staff were nice and personable. Room was clean , bed was comfortable. I would definitely pick this location when I come back. Location couldn’t of been better

Great central location; excellent, friendly staff; very good breakfasts.

The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom. It was nearly impossible to fit in there, and we are not huge people.

The staff was very kind to store our luggage early so we could enjoy the town. Our room had all the amenities we needed including some cookies as an extra treat. The breakfast is delicious and again the staff very kind.

The door is a little thin, so you hear some noise when people are coming and going but it was not a bother. It is a beautiful old building.

We stayed on the top floor of the newly remodeled building. Everything was very nice and clean, comfortable bed, and fantastic location!

Location was great! Staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Had a great view of the sea from our room. Our room wasn’t very big but we had everything we needed.

Breakfast is extra so did not experience it but the menu looked good. The rooms had good air conditioning but if you open a window it goes off so drying clothes after washing them was difficult. The water pressure in shower was great, nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds, access to a lovely little rooftop terrace where we had wine and snacks every evening. The overall location was perfect with a quick walk to the historic center of the town.

Based on the pictures, we thought we might have a room with a view to the ocean but we were taken to a totally separate building where there were no views of the water. The building the four of us were in was apparently recently remodeled and was nice, but we weren't told this beforehand. It ended up not being a big deal since we had the nice rooftop terrace and were out and about looking at the water wherever we ate or walked. Just be aware that there are two separate buildings.

We stayed one night at this bed and breakfast. It was very conveniently located across from the ferry and the old town. The room and bathroom are nice and clean and breakfast was out on the terrace.

It was the perfect location. We were right in the heart of Kircula town. Would stay there again! Loved it! It was also easy to get to from the parking lot.
