    Pros +

    • Owner had his collection of antiques and collected motorcycles, cars and aircraft at the hotel. Very interesting gave the place a lot of personalitie.
    • very decent breakfast
    • Cost was affordable, ou get what you pay for.

    Cons -

    • Initial impression was from back alley access so not the best first impression
    • unfriendly staff, not English speaking.
    • Location was somewhat isolated. Unable to walk to any other restaurants due to busy highway. Beach was only attraction about 15 minutes away by taxi, which we were quoted a steep price. Not much to do there except sleep and Italian TV.

    Staff were pleasant

Breakfast was dismal. The hotel has a feel of walking into the home of the Adam's Family. Dark, dingy and out dated. My door lock into my room continually jammed and would not open. The lock and key were so old. Dirty fridge in the room. Time to upgrade especially for the price being charged.

The service was fantastic . The breakfast was very good.

    The family ambiance

The staff was very helpful regardless of my way too late arrival as communicated, they tried their best to explain some matters in English to make it easy for non Italian Speaking guest

    6ValeriePosted on: 9-11-2025

The access to the shower was extremely limited and very close to the toilet bowl and bidet.

    Close to airport

The place was a bit on the weird side. Some hotel rooms were off-site. Didn't feel safe. If my wife was alone, she wouldn't have stayed there. Same with me if I had checked-in when it was dark. Not recommended for families with children.

Room was very clean, good AC unit and staff was lovely. Easy in and out to the airport.

Pool was not in great shape and breakfast was very cake/bread heavy.

    6NicholasPosted on: 8-12-2025

Close to the airport, open 24 hours for check-in.

For a basic hotel stay, this is very expensive. In total, including transport to/from airport, taxes, and room, it was €185 for the night. Quite expensive for a “cheap” hotel.

The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable. Great food, location from the airport, and amazing value for money.10/10 would recommend!

The stay was brief and very uncomfortable. The facilities were not as imaged on Booking.com. Not recommended.

The property looked old and unclean. There was broken glass on the floor when we entered the room and the bedcovers looked quite old and did not look like they’d been washed. They looked like the rest of the property. We had to leave and rent another hotel within half an hour.

    7JamesPosted on: 7-2-2025

Basic room. Shuttle is the selling point. Nothing fancy. Reasonable cost.

Shuttle service is challenging for the first visit. The driver may be picking up other hotels, so you must ask the various drivers outside door 4 (Terminal 1) which hotels they service.

    8TimoPosted on: 6-15-2025

Convenient location in relation to the airport, friendly staff and good, clean, air conditioned room.

It’s a bit out of the way if one needs to get out and explore the city, you can’t much walk anywhere.

    6AnnaPosted on: 6-12-2025

    The staff was friendly

The room was good size, but when we’re getting ready for bed there was a lot of water on the floor, they had a pipe break in the room next door. Which flooded our room. We had to change rooms. We had dinner there it wasn’t the best. We had spaghetti carbonara, it was watery? It wasn’t typical Italian meal.

    8EloisePosted on: 6-5-2025

Convenient location. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Breakfast okay.

The toilet had a window behind it for the full length of the wall - no curtain either. I opened the window a crack and put a towel up.

    Proximity to airport. Price.

The shuttle pickup was most frustrating. We were told to wait at space 5 outside exit 4 Terminal 3. A van waits 20 minutes in space 3, the driver smokes, looks at me on and off, and leaves. It's midnight. Not a breathing soul around. It was him and me. He could have asked which hotel i was looking for. I called the hotel after he left a second time, and they said no, space 5. Thirty minutes later, he returns, space 3. Smokes two cigarettes. I walk over and ask him what hotel he is picking up for. He says the Chopin.. I call the hotel. They say space 5. I look at him, blow a gasket, and he says no, space 3.

    8BatoolPosted on: 5-5-2025

It was really close to the airport and we had a 12 hour layover so we decided to stay overnight at the hotel. Very decent clean rooms and good. If you want a place to stay for the night they have an airport hotel at a good price as well as breakfast included with the stay

The rooms were not soundproof, so if you’re a light sleeper, you won’t be able to have good sleep. However, we were able to sleep well since we were exhausted.
