The employee on duty at the reception was very helpful in mitigating a problem with a bag mix-up at the train station.

Only that, there was no elevator to the room. But it wasn't a problem for me, personally.

The flush for the toilet was broken . No soap holder in the shower.

It was not a proper hotel with a proper reception, lobby etc. The reception was in another building . the rooms are big and nice but cold ambiance, not cozy at all

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was clean. It had room temperature controls.

They promote an airport shuttle but that’s not accurate, it has a scheduled transportation for the morning to the airport that is an added cost (20€ for two people, cost increase for more people and if leaving before 6am). The only way to get from the airport to the hotel is a taxi or calling- if you have the data to do so- and pay the cost for that transportation. Also I could barely open the shower doors to slide into the shower- if you are a fairly weighted person you won’t fit through.

Convenient to airport, 10 minute Uber. Easy walk to the sea as well, some restaurants and sand. Room was a comfortable twin bed, clean room. Good bathroom.

I couldn’t figure out temperature controls until it was too late, so I was freezing in the middle of the night & there is no front desk staff after 2330. Otherwise, my stay was flawless!

The suite was huge, a large bedroom and a separate living room area with desk. We booked it for the night before our flight home from Rome, after 2 weeks in Sicily, by which time my husband and I appreciated the extra space. We walked to a decent restaurant with vegan options, and got coffee and pastries around the corner in the morning. Bed was comfortable and we hired the van service to the airport.

Wished there was a kettle or coffee maker. A bit noisy as you are in a business area, with a metal shop in the back.

The guys at the reception were very kind and helpful. The location, close to the airport was good for me and also had a very nice walk to the coast in the morning.

The shuttle was late by 25 minutes! I almost missed my flight. But it was not the hotel, as they use a subcontractor for this.

Easy shuttle service to and from the airport. Huge quiet clean comfortable rooms. Great Restaurants in walking distance.

Luigi was very communicative with airport pick up to the Euro House and with the following morning transportation to airport. I recommend for the night before your flight. Airport transport cost 20Euros per trip.

As a solo female traveller, the area was not the best - not a lot of foot traffic. However, having said that, I did walk about 15 minutes to the Isola Sacra area (across the river) to get a bite to eat at Osteria di Fuori Porta and although I felt a little uncomfortable walking by myself in the dark I did not encounter any issues.

Simon on reception was extremely helpful, and the location was handy for the airport. Best Western next door has a decent restaurant though not much character.

Close to the airport (5 minutes), good value, airport shuttle, clean quiet room, luggage lift, helpful staff. Walking to restaurants.

My single bed room has a sloped ceiling which meant I had to watch my head and the bed is 2 steps down from the room floor which is awkward if you are getting up in the night. Tricky if you aren’t careful. Would have liked coffee in the room.

I had booked this place last minute to be near the airport for an early flight and I was very happy I made that choice. Great location, had a nice dinner at one of the restaurants I was able to walk to. The staff made check in very easy and even booked the shuttle for my flight our the next day.
