Great location. Hotel staff was helpful.

The shuttle to and from the airport was run by a rude man who charged 25 euros each way for each group for the 7 minute drive. I spent 75 euros between the 2 of us for this short ride, which cost almost as much as the hotel.

Proximity to airport

The concierge was so helpful and kind. She not only helped me with my bag, but she also didn’t make a big deal about the weight of my bag (I had experienced that a previous hotel). She arranged a taxi for me for an extremely early flight and she told me where a grocery store was nearby. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The walls are pretty thin and noise from the hall or neighboring rooms could be easily heard. But with some white noise, it was easily remedied. I was able to arrange a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel with the provided service from the hotel. Communication and the ride with the driver was seamless. There was some confusion in the marketing of the room and it seemed like a shuttle was provided by the hotel at no cost to the guest. However, I think with the language barrier what was intended to be said was that there was a taxi in the form of a shuttle van that was available upon request and would be paid for by the guest. If I was to fly out of Rome again, I would stay here again.

Some confusing marketing with regards with the taxi service.

The cleanest and most comfortable place that we stayed in throughout our trip in Italy. Great value and close to airport. The communication was exceptional and they were very helpful with organizing rides to and from the airport.

The hotel was a short distance to the airport and offers free onsite parking. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The staff was wonderful. The accommodations wereComfortable and very clean.

It was in a very strange area. There were lots of mosquitos. Difficult walking.

Was excellent for our needs: a clean safe place to stay the night before an early international flight out of FCO.

Ideally, the place we stayed would’ve been closer to multiple eating options.

Staff not onsite 24 hours. There were some loud clients in another room which was not the hotels fault but there was no one there to assist if needed. It did quiet down on its own.

Close to airport. The steak house was a great place to eat.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and toilet would not automatically shut off

The hotel was convenient to the airport and provided shared ride airport transfers for 20 Euros each way, a great value. The hotel was also next door to the unique Fort Apache Steak House restaurant, which had excellent food.

Everything and everyone was great!

Good room

Location. I walkable area mostly, while near the airport, completely dependent on others for a ride. I would have been better off spending my last night in Rome in the city vs staying near the airport.

It served its purpose as it says in its name. The towels were very clean and each guest had a full set.

The property itself its in a weird neighborhood. Sketchy! The parking lot doesn’t even have cement! It has rocks, so it was very hard to roll our luggage. The property states that after 8 there was no one on the premises. Since we were going to arrive late that seemed fine. It sounded kind of tricky to get i to the property and get the keys for our six rooms. The lift didn’t work, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, including a wheel chair!The rooms were simple and clean, but some rooms smelled horrible!! First we thought they smelled like death, then we realized it was mildew. Restroom in room #2 was not even complete. Restroom in #8 was beautiful.

The front desk clerks were excellent communicators. Every question was answered quickly. We arrived after hours and the instructions they sent were so easy to follow. We didn’t have any issues staying here but we were only there for about 8 hours. I will say that a taxi/uber is a must. There’s no way to get to the hotel any other way. They will book a driver for you though.

There isn’t a shower door so the floor gets pretty wet. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t put anything on the floor.

The room was quiet and relatively clean

There seemed to be some sort of mold in the shower. And the tv was just a flat screen tv, not a smart tv so we couldn’t understand the tv shows since they were in Italian and we couldn’t even stream Netflix.

In a quiet residential area near FCO airport. Loved the comfortable outdoor seating areas. A evening restaurant open right next door. 10 minute taxi ride to Airport using local taxi available at FCO arrivals door. Staff at hotel very helpful in arranging 4 am ride to FCO for early morning flight. Safe area.

No hot water available for fixing tea.

Very clean room and bathroom plus a mini fridge in the room, snacks provided. Brand new bathroom - nice roomy shower and new fixtures, nice big fluffy towels, good A/C

It is in a residential neighborhood and several dogs barking throughout the night - even with the windows closed I could hear them - and I have two dogs of my own. The neighbors are close.

You may want to mention no elevator only stair lift. But we made do so no big deal

The location to Fiumicino was excellent. Just minutes away. They had a great steakhouse steps away "Spaghetti Western" style. Even though we were right by the airport, you didn't hear any plane s. Rooms are air conditioned and had free wifi
