Close to airport and nice beach and 2 nice beach restaurants bars.

Airport is a bit loud and the ride from to the airport is $25-30 for a 7 minute ride.

The food, the relaxation the coolness of the room from the heat.....

Wish there were places to eat near by, but the food there was excellent.

Staff was an incredible host, found me a fantastic seafood restaurant after my 2 months in India. He is the best. Also, the breakfast the next morning was fantastic, eggs, toast, juice, meats, cheeses, and all the great coffee one could want.

Excellent location--15 minutes to FCO, 1 block to the beach. This is a very small (8 rooms) boutique-type hotel. It's a great find, and we had an excellent stay. Evening pizza and wine option was excellent. Value for price paid was excellent.

Airplane noise could be a hindrance if outside, but not with the room doors closed. We slept very well.

This is an interesting little hotel with a very comfortable feel. Very inviting common areas, nice beach a short walk away, the coffee and pastry place across the street, on site pizza for e10, and the breakfast. Not your ordinary airport hotel!

The location did not work for us. The hotel was not that close to the airport and there were minimal food services at the hotel and no restaurants nearby. Since we did not have a car I felt we were stranded there.

Hotel employee were very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Charge a reasonable price for pickup/drop off at airport.

During the day and up to 10 or 11 pm, there is large aircraft noise from FCO takeoffs. Luckily it stops from about 11 pm till 6 am or so (at least for the night I was there.

Clean room and common areas. Welcoming staff. The best WiFi I've experienced in my 3 weeks in Italy. I was a bit concerned about airplane noise, but there were no flights between 11pm and 6am, so it turned out not to be a problem at all.

Great room for a single night stay....strolled to the beach for the afternoon and came back for a fresh custom made pizza. Super clean and modern. We were leaving at 5 the next morning to catch our flight and they brought us food for breakfast!

The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The pizza was extraordinary! Totally loved it! It was a 5 min. walk to Malibu Beach. Shuttle service to and from airport.

It was fine for our last day and close to the airport

Great little out of the way (for Rome) hotel. Very close to the beach. Staff was great- picking us up from airport at short notice, and dropping us off early the next morning. Great experience!

Cleanly bedroom and bathroom. Scenery is pretty in the hotel; areas to sit and relax. Good place to stay close to airport the night before you're flying out.

Did not respond timely to e-mail requests for booking airport shuttle or did not respond at all. Air conditioning could have functioned better. Also not too many areas to eat around the hotel given its location and the hotel kitchen only makes pizza.

It was quite a remote location; 25-50 euro cab ride to get to and from airport/train station. Not much around; 1 restaurant and 1 grocery store

Closeness to the airport

1. No windows in our room 2. No hot water in the shower 3. Hotel offered to drive us to the airport for 10 Euros per person-why would it not be per trip? So if I was alone, the cost is 10 Euros but because I am with my wife it's 20 Euros?

No Shuttle service provided. Internet was very slow and most of the times its not working.

Loved the modern architecture mixed with some old repurposed wood. Exceptionally clean. Had double locking security doors making me feel safe.staff very helpful.

Did not know we had to pay for breakfast the next morning, this was not mentioned. However the breakfast was wonderful and worth the money since we were going to airport and didn't want to eat there.

Quaint little 8 room hotel close to the beach with great views from the terrace. What amenities may have been missing were more than made up for with staff hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was outstanding. Staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Staff spoke good english. The included breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options. 3-minute walk to a clean, uncrowded sandy beach.

the rooms were super clean, hip and had great showers. Staff was very helpful, great place if you have one night lay over from Rome's airport, easy transportation available thru local taxi, Comune di Fiumicino. Highly recommend.
