Pros +
- Hotel employee made you feel at home and wasn't constantly over you had a nice Garden in the backyard and a gated property very clean and welcoming and close to the beach an airport a number one
- The A/C is outstanding. the owners are super nice.
- Close to FCO Rome airport
Cons -
- Yes, the advertising says "airport shuttle" but this isn't really true. It's a taxi, costing 20 euro, which is a LOT for a very short distance. We were three people, with only carry on luggage.
- Arranging transport to the hotel was not easy. I was directed to take a local taxi from FCO. The distance to the hotel is 7km and the taxi driver told me the price was 30 Euros. I objected. I filed a complaint with the local police.

I wish I can give more points for the customer service. Flavia was amazing!
