Rome Airport Hotel Fiumicino

It was close to airport.

The air conditioner did not work. When I went to front desk to complain she suggested I leave door open to deck. I asked about security if I did and she said I¿d be safe. ( I was on floor 1) We did not sleep well and I did not feel comfortable

No shuttle. Rude staff. Room unsatisfactory. Breakfast disappointing

The inside of the hotel was well appointed, the room was very nice just a little small (for the Large Room). It was close to the airport. There is a market close by as well as restaurants and a short walk to the sea.

Location, it is packed into what seems to be a suburban area, Minimal parking in the gated lot, probably enough for 10 cars. Second floor balcony had a view of the neighboring buildings.

I did not think it was at the level of a 4 star. It had no pool or place to eat at the hotel. And the AC did not work. Did not feel like a safe area to walk around. I then got charged for extra guest to have a extra bed and it was like a couch.

Service when we arrived was sub-par. No one at front desk and was treated with attitude. The room was hot and humid and we could not regulate the temperature. you need to tell the front desk because they have access to thermostats. room smelled bad.

The room was generically acceptable. The bathroom was very large and the shower was great.

The location was 4 miles from the airport, although it seemed farther. They charge for the hotel shuttle and breakfast. In retrospect, I should have spent the night in Rome and taken the Leonardo (fast train) to the airport in the morning.

There were several light bulbs out in our room which made it a little difficult to see. Breakfast could be severed a little earlier as we didn’t have time to eat before heading to the airport.

The room was very hot, no cool air, was told 10/1, cool air turned off for season. Also, due to 5 am departure to airport we had to request cab asl hotel shuttle not available at that time. For close distance to airport cab driver charged $25euro.

The staff at check in and check not very welcoming Location is very industrial Charge for breakfast which was cold and with very little selection and they don’t tell the price which we asumed was included until we checked and where charged 19. Euros

I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel charged for transportation from the hotel and for breakfast. It was my assumption that Transportation and breakfast were included. I ended up paying an additiona 58Euros

The worse hotel staff ever… The day we arrived we asked the lady at the front desk if we can put the luggage in storage after we check out because the flight was at 6:30pm. She said yes. The next morning we ask the man at the front desk if we can get a

They had a good breakfast.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It should be classified as a two and a half star hotel. I would not stay there again.

Very spacious clean room with excellent bathroom.Nice breakfast with a lovely Italian restaurant nearby.
