EH Rome Airport Euro House Hotels

Hotel staff were great and so helpful. Rooms are small but they function perfectly. The hotel also can arrange a driver for you, hotel employee is awesome. Great experience at this hotel. Close by Asian restaurant and Pizzaria are excellent.

Fridge didn't work

Initially given a sm rm in the older part of hotel. When I asked if we could join our party on the other side, we were quickly given a spacious elegant rm above theirs. There is a lift for luggage. Within walking to restaurants. 10 min to airport

Confusion about how to operate the AC! Happpily we figured it out. This is a hotel experience, not a BnB. No breakfast or coffee provided, but we did receive bottled water - thanks!

The location was extremely convenient for an early morning flight. I liked having two very large beds (there were 4 of us traveling - 1 couple and 2 singles) and two rooms.

Room was large. Bathroom was recently remodeled it seems.

Bedding, especially pillows, was very uncomfortable. Staff was either misinformed or lied to us about check out procedures. Location is poor, only able to get there by taxi.

Convenient location close to the airport, WiFi works well, the room was clean, and fair value for the price.

As a disabled guest with a service dog, I experienced significant issues at check-in despite notifying the hotel in advance in writing. Staff demanded I leave my service dog outside on an open balcony (in the rain), asked invasive questions about my medical condition, requested an additional deposit specifically due to my service dog, and attempted to charge 15 euros extra beyond the booking price. I had to advocate firmly for my legal rights.The staff member later apologized and acknowledged everything went smoothly, but this treatment should never have occurred in the first place. If I hadn't known my rights, I would have been charged unfairly and faced discrimination.Travelers with service animals should be aware this property may not be properly trained on disability rights and service animal policies.

We stayed just 1 night for a layover. Good communication with property and customer service, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Close proximity to the airport and airport transportation service (with a service charge.) Very reasonable prices, a good value. Fast internet. Restaurants and morning cafe within a sort walking distance from the hotel. Perfect for a short stay.

They do not have scheduled shuttle service and although it is easy to arrange the transportation back to the airport from the hotel, it was difficult upon arrival to arrange service as you are given a number to call and the transfer is not always available. We had to scramble to get an Uber that never showed and overpaid for a taxi. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and they charge 25 Euro flat rate for that short ride. The taxi services do not want to use the meter because it is only a few miles away. This of course is no fault of the hotel.

The hotel is incredibly close to the Fiumicino Airport, just a 5 mins ride.Bathroom is newly renovated and nice.

Room is a bit small and the bed is not too comfortable.There is no fridge in the room.The window was broken and it was not possible to open it, such room cannot be rented to guests.

Disappointed and incorrect information

They say they have airport shuttle services. That is not the case. They just provide you a telephone number to call. I sent them a message with no reply. Probably because I needed a car at 5 am. As a result had to move somewhere else

Price for shuttle quite high for being 1.4 miles from airport , no ac, very dark not enough lights for the size of the room .

It was a good spot to spend the night after missing my connection flight.

The bed mattress is really old and bad and should have been replaced a long time ago. Not a good night sleep.
