The breakfast view as well as breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade croissants. The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite.

Breakfast and good location to airport and to beautiful beach and wonderful restaurant around

Lots charges for something basic like bottle of water, coffeemaker. Its unexpected and of course each night you still need to pay tax and shuttle to and from airport.

The lady at check in was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was affordable and reliable.

Somewhat hard to find

Our second stay here: pleasant staff and room, short drive or shuttle to FCO. Family owns a restaurant in town and provides a shuttle to and from for dining.

The location! It is just a few blocks from a public beach and good restaurants. Also, the staff was lovely. Next time, I plan to stay for more than 1 night so I can enjoy the town!

Appears to be family owned and operated. All staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Owners own a nearby restaurant and provide a shuttle a five minute ride away. Very easy commute to FCO.

NOTHING SPECIAL OTHER THAN PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH.

They have a restaurant they shuttle you to. It was excellent! The owner took our food order - she was extremely nice.

The breakfast was not good. The options were limited and the room was very warm.

Location in a neighborhood was just a little odd

location - next to airport and beach. Staff was great, they shuttle you to their own restaurant with excellent food

This hotel was very close to the Rome airport (10 min drive). They had an airport shuttle that we used. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Enjoyed the personalized breakfast and the fact that our host took the time to greet us in AM.

Disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not available to take us to the airport.

Great place to stay to catch a flight the next day. The room was not huge but big enough and the bathroom was a very good size. It is within a short walk from the beach with good restaurants close by. The staff is great offering great transportation to and from the airport. It also includes a nice breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel to return our rental car to the Fiumicino Airport car company in the morning — it took only about 15 minutes, so it was very convenient. In addition, it’s close to the beach, where we could enjoy a beautiful sunset. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

The proximity to the airport, paid airport shuttle, quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach.

Front desk staff, when we checked in, were officious, not especially hospitable. Notable since over our 3 week trip to Sicily, we only encountered warm, hospitable staff.

This is our second stay ; this is an excellent hotel, within few minutes of the beach and restaurants, spotlessly clean , in a very quiet, residential area. The staff is kind and helpful and there is a good breakfast included in the room price. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport . We will absolutely stay here when we are in Fiumicino .

The location was convenient to the Rome Airport. The hotel provided transportation from the port in Civitavecchia which was very convenient as well as airport transportation--both were reasonably priced. I found Roberto and the entire staff very kind and helpful from my initial booking to the day we checked out. They are committed to making you comfortable at their hotel. There were many local restaurants withing walking distance of the hotel which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the Rome airport.
