Cons -
- with at least 14 pools I would have loved it if at least one of them was a hot tub. Every pool is set to around 97 degrees, too cool. Smoking is allowed in all exterior areas including pool areas and cafes...kind of ruins the "wellness" atmosphere
- We were severely overcharged for our 2 children although we had reservations for a large 1 bedroom with an included sofa bed and hotel children policy stated otherwise. Staff was somewhat rude, definitely not a five star experience.
- We didn't like that we had to leave.....Minor issue with one of the shower heads in our suite (there were 4 shower heads) but compared with how incredibly awesome this place was, the shower head was a non-issue

Beautiful grounds. Great thermal baths. Great room. Staff super accommodating. Would definitely go back. Breakfast and lunch buffets were perfect.
The dining room for dinner was terrible. The portions were tiny, the food was mediocre at best and the prices were high. We left feeling hungry and ripped off. Better to take a taxi and eat somewhere else.

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent.
