It was clean

People smoked in the next room and I could smell it.

Very nice both the rooms , the staff .Location was good ,?23 were very comfortable

The payment was a story, they don’t send the card charge through booking or with an OTP so all a cards reject it , booking went crazy with the messages . Called them and paid by bank deposit but it was a bit roundabout

Very comfortable stay, use of microwave and kettle for general use was a real bonus.Rooms have everything you need, lovely hot shower and comfy bed.Staff helpful and friendly. Second time we have stayed and would definitely return again.

The Location, the disabled room which has plenty of floor space to enable a wheelchair to turn.

The clothes hangers are a pain! and difficult to hang coats etc… without them falling off. The disabled room is very good apart from the low bed which is difficult for a disabled person to get up from.

It is a very conveniently situated hotel for our route. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room completely fine and comfortable for overnight stop.

Location, close to Foix. But too close to a main road

Room not cleaned (dustbin full, dust and debris on floor, etc). NO soap left in the bottle of the shower…

It’s a great place, clean, quiet and comfortable and right next door to the Buffalo Grill… the staff were really welcoming and very helpful. Provision for covered bike parking.

I was very happy with my overnight stay - I travelled by motorcycle and was pleased with the motorcyclr parking shed and security for my motorcycle.

We where arriving late, and no one made sure we where correctly informed of how to get inside.A message was sent, but I never got it, no one call, no message through booking, very bad service.

Brit Hotel Confort is a basic hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised as it was much better than we were expecting: the room (107) was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. I can't comment on the pillows because we took our own, but the sheets and towels were good quality. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet: sweet, savoury, and even an electric squeezer to make fresh orange juice.The receptionists were helpful, especially Laila, who found a solution to a problem we had with the original room we had been assigned. She managed the situation quickly, politely, and with a big smile.The hotel is 4 kms from Foix, and it's not feasible to walk into the town. However, paeking wasn't difficult - there are plenty of car parks, some free.

The shower head wouldn't stay up on its support so you had to hold it most of the time, but that wasn't a big problem. It was also difficult to shower without the water running out onto the floor.

The staff were great on arrival. Clean and convenient hotel.

We were woken early in the morning (7.30am) with a cleaner letting her self in to the room. The resulting alarm sounding for 15 minutes afterwards was a cure for any thoughts of a lay in.I'm sure the shock for the young lady walking in on 2 sweaty middle aged men asleep on their beds was greater for her, but the subsequent vanishing of all staff after the incident was a tad frustrating, as I would have liked to let my dissatisfaction known on the day.
