Toilet room a bit small and hard to walk in and close the door

location, friendliness of the staff, size of the room

Arrived a bit late but staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, very clean, parking outside the hotel was impossible so late on but found somewhere close by. Not much happening in the town considering it was a Sat night but we found a pub not too far away eventually

The staff were fantastic,, the location was perfect for restaurants etc. The bedroom was clean and well equipped.

There was nothing not to like!

I had the honour to sleep in the same bad as Napoleon. Everything is still the same, original, as 200 years ago. They just do cleaning and put nice staff in it. Some staff struggle with English.

Needs a complete interior renovation.

Nice hotel in a great location. We got there early - before 1pm and were able to store our bikes and luggage for a couple of hours before we checked in.Breakfast was simple standard fare, but very good.

Friendly and helpful welcome. Lots of information about the town shared. Family room very clean and comfortable. Excellent proximity to the station and town. Breakfast ample. Thank you.

Nothing disliked.

Staff were exceptionally helpful in a difficult situation, going above and beyond what I might have expected under the circumstances. All staff were friendly and kind, and spoke enough English to help one who has too little French.

Visitors might wish to use bus or train services. I would suggest that train and bus schedules be available or that staff be able to direct visitors to where these can be found and where main bus stops are.

The room was very small, the bed not at all comfortable, the toilet in a cupboard that didn't fit

Noisy floors and doors. Restaurant was closed, Breakfast a bit short for 12€.

Very good location and an excellent receptionist who was very helpful.

Room was fine but could use an update. Strange smell in the hotel (which we got used to.)

Well located in the center of the little town

There was no view at all from our room (106)!Wifi didn't work properly!Breakfast expensive.

The hotel is very centrally located in Foix, closed to all the amenities and the touristic spots, as well as within walking distance from the train station. The staff were keen to help us with the storage of our bags prior to our stay.

The hotel is very dated and the rooms need some refreshing.

Ideal central location

Noisy bedroom due to adjacent trunk road so had to close windows on very hot night. No airco and bathroom poorly ventilated.

The wifi system, with passwords etc, is not user-friendly and kept dropping out.

Lovely super fresh pastries at breakfast. Beautiful view from our rooms over the river. Great location right in the town.

A fan was in the room, which made it comfortable for sleeping. Air conditioning would be even better.
