Bedding not as comfortable as desired

Beautiful setting, pool and winery on site, excellent restaurant but most importantly the staff was fantastic. Very courteous and professional. Will come here again.

Fantastic location and well kept facility. Staff were excellent and friendly. We really enjoyed the upgraded pool area since our last stay in 2014. So close to San Gimignano was a plus.

We gave mixed reviews on the food and there were no variations to the menu available. This was a challenge as my wife was ill and required some special soft foods. But I will say the ravioli dish the last night was exceptional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had everything you could desire. Pool area was very inviting. The restaurant was very good but they don't prioritize hotel guests for reservations. You should make your reservations when you book to ensure seating. They have a shuttle to take you into town. It doesn't run all the time and it doesn't run in the evening. So, if you want an evening meal in town, you'll have to take a cab back or walk back. The good thing is the return walk is one mile but downhill on a local path.

Not really much I can think of. If I had to define something I'd say I thought it was a bit over priced and they only offered bottles of wine. We normally order just order the house wine in a 1/2 liter.

Comfortable room with a patio. Having a shuttle to San Gimignano was convenient. The breakfast was excellent and also enjoyed the wine tasting at the vineyard. It was also nice to have a pool.

Acquiring food outside of breakfast was difficult.

Great location close to San Gimignano with beautiful views.The staff are very friendly and attentive.The restaurant is excellent, but it fills up quickly, so it’s best to make a reservation in advance.Big on-site parking.

Everything was perfect

The price vs performance is far tooLow. It was very expensive versus what they offer. Not a place to stay again. Altough I booked through to booking.com the place was not visible in my booking list altough all other hotels are listed by price. I am forced to send a note to hotel to check if I have reaervation. Since I made the booking earlier I was not sure about the price and believe I am charged much more than the cost visible on booking.com while making the reservation. I am not feeling ok with this approach at all

Nice location walking distance to main San Gemanigno sights. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is Michelin bib gourmand. Beautiful, quiet area. Rooms were solid with balcony.

Interior slightly older but clean. Pool not heated.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Sovestro. It was very well equipped for a 3 star hotel, with agriturismo vibes. They have a lovely breakfast selection with cheeses, hams and multiple desserts. They even offer their guests free shuttle service to San Gimignano which is a plus.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to San Gemingnao. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail throughout the property.The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing restaurant annexed to the hotel—the food was exceptional and the ambiance made every meal special.Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is beautiful,the hotel is very nice,food in the restaurant and breakfast was amazing,staff were extremely kind and helpful. It's a fantastic place to stay,I do hope to return there.
