Spacious rooms. The hotel restaurant is very good. The breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful grounds. Very clean pool. Friendly staff.

Maid service. Had no towels on 2 days. Over-served guest had to be calmed down by staff in the hallway after she let her unruly children run amok at the pool and restaurant area.

Everything perfect, I would like to say that the cleaning staff was extra ordinary our rooms were extremely clean, the people were very professional

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Jacobo did his best to support us and to provide recommendations. The breakfast was great with a rich buffet. The location was excellent just a 5 min drive to San Gimignano. The view from the terrace was beautiful

The rooms are unfortunately extremely dark, the windows are small. The bed was not comfortable. There was construction right next to our room which ruined the peace of this please. The pool is very modern but the water was extremely cold, but child got sick. There were no activities at the resort.

My Husband and I were here for our Honeymoon and the staff made sure we were treated right. From the complimentry Champagene to the nice roses and beautiful decoration prepared it was simply amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the food was amazing.

I will just say a little more variety at breakfast in regards to things like sausages and bacon i'd suggest beef/chicken option for those of us who do not eat pork.

The property is located in a peaceful green area surrounded by nature. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the weather was beautiful during our stay.

The food was not exceptional, but it was acceptable and met our basic expectations.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast options were interesting and delicious.

The breakfast closed at 10am. We found that early for a resort as not all guests wake up early. We would have love to eat at the restaurant upstairs on the terrace instead of near the pool to enjoy the views.

Location was great with fantastic views of San Gimignano. Facilities are great and restaurant staff was great!!!

Rooftop bar had great set up and views, but unfortunately bartender could not make simple drinks (mojito and gin tonic). We also order 2 rooms and asked them to be closed to each other (Traveling with teens) but although hotel response was positive, when we got to there the rooms were far apart, not ideal).

Very comfortable facilities. Breakfast was great. We loved de mid afternoon treats at the lobby.

The views, the food, the staff - all perfect. The restaurant & pool area exceeded our expectations. So relaxing! The view from the bar area is picture perfect. There was a great band on the night we stayed who were brilliant & added to the atmosphere. The public areas of the hotel are really well maintained & the added bonus of coffee, tea, water & cake at any time is such a nice touch. A coffee over looking the views is a piece of heaven!

We booked a triple room for 3 adults- the second bed was a small sofa bed & very uncomfortable. The room was quite outdated & small. It was adequate for one night.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Great customer service and overall very comfortable and welcoming. The little things like having a tea kettle and pastries out in the lounge area give it an extra special touch. The pool and restaurant were very nice and breakfast buffet was great.

Everything was 5 star except the rooms themselves could use some updating.

One of the front desk staff members was kind of rude and didn't explain the property.

Breakfast was really good and the view from the restaurant / swimming pool is awesome.

They have problems with the water tubes, there is a lot of air in the pipelines and the water “explodes” when opening the taps. Additional one day I had to take the shower with cold water since there wasn’t hot water left. Not very friendly staff.

Location is challenging to get to without a car.

They went the extra mile to spoil us… Prosecco and cake and all sorts of treats. The breaks was tasty. The view was lovely. They are busy refurbishing the outside but it didn’t bother us. The room was comfortable (just way too overheated for my taste).

the reception staff seemed very rude, and not very helpful. The breakfast was below average, and the hallways on the way to the restaurant looked derelict and in need of some love. Also there wasnt a kettle in the room.

The location was nice and so was the lobby, although a bit small. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was poor. Old fashioned and very basic. Bed was big and comfortable. Issue with the water pressure on the bathroom, which would come and go in spurs and make lots of noise. Very annoying. The breakfast was a big disappointment. At first it looked ok (although basic) but when eating everything was very low quality. Not good at all. I can’t point anything tasty about the breakfast, not even the fruit.

Bed was pretty comfortable and the room was large.

The bathroom smelled horribly. We had to leave the bathroom vent running all night long. It was also a bit outdated. Breakfast was also pretty poor. Not much choice.

The only good thing was the shower pressure. This place does not live up to what is advertised.

The receptionist asked who had which room type and handed us the keys. We then had to ask where and when the breakfast was, and she gave us the wrong hours and directions for the breakfast. We then asked for directions to the bar, which we could not find. We went back and asked for directions again and she gave clearer directions to the bar but failed to mention that it wasn’t open until 1930 which was two and a half hours away. We had two different categories of room with a 30euro difference but the rooms looked exactly alike. No decor in the room and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
