The bed pillows. They were small and very flat.

Location outstanding; suite was perfect; breakfast was generous and delicious

Ideal location on the main square while being quiet at night; be prepared to wheel your bags up a slight gradient for a few hundred yards to get to the hotel; had an issue with the shower not working - the pull that switches the water flow from tub to shower did not work, raised the problem with management and when I returned was told there wasn't any issue - seemed like the pull had been replaced while I was gone but I'm not certain - at the end of the day not a big deal and the hotel was prompt in addressing it

The most memorable was the attentiveness of the staff and the older gentleman from the city who drove us to the hotel, so far the friendliest Italian people we’ve met in Italy, from Rome to Piedmont San Gimignano was the friendliest.

What a wonderful stay was for us. Right in the center of San Giminiano. Good breakfast for sure and the facilities are fantastic. Highly recommend

The location was perfect. I felt like a local. I have been to SG a few times before, this is my favorite place to visit when traveling to Italy. The room is amazing it had the best views on all sides and the location .. wow, it doesn’t get any anything better! I will be back to the area and this is my new favorite place to stay! Sorry, I can’t believe I did not take a picture . That’s when you know you are truly in the moment.

Great location and nice hotel! Lots of charm. Staff was helpful too. A great place to stay while visiting San Gimignano.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of the square. We were able to drive right to the front door and unload our luggage before parking. The check-in was easy and quick. The room had a fantastic view! The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There was a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Elevator was a big plus! We would stay again.

The shower was a bit small, but that's typical in Italy. Everything else was great!

I was visiting San Gimignano about 7 years ago with my husband who sadly passed away last year with cancer & my friend from school asked me to go to populonia so I booked us in for 1 night in San Gimignano at hotel Leon & we had a lovely stay there it was very good .& Lovely to see it again Thank you x

Room 36 is an amazing room! Don’t know if there’s a better one. I’m sorry, Lizzie or Lily, the receptionist was also friendly and accommodating.

The location is excellent - couldn't be more central within San Gimignano. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The AC, while present, didn’t cool at all

Perfect location in the center of town, very clean and comfortable property with an excellent staff who is very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants and assisting with travel plans!

Location is perfect! Very central to everything. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly as well. We did have an issue with our air conditioner the first night .. we asked if we could change rooms and the front desk girl was very accommodating and we did change rooms. The air conditioner was newer and worked much better. Cute little terrace for breakfast as well. We found a little wine shop that served their own meat, cheese and wine. Amazing service as well.

The location was amazing and the roomWas very spacious.

The AC didn't work properly in the room. However Lisa who was working the front desk went out of her way to try to fix it and make our stay more comfortable.

The location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable. And the woman at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond with multiple requests we had for assistance. She couldn’t have been nicer.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and our room was large and comfortable. The location was amazing and staff were lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.
