Excellent breakfast—-diverse options. Staff always helpful. Setting inside—-sitting areas—and outside—-pool and garden were very lovely.

Beautiful property. Great location. Short walk to San Gimignano. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Super small rooms.

We had 3 room total, one of them was really really warm impossible to sleep. The AC was not working, the staff was nice and gave us a couple of fans but it was not enough. Overall it was a very nice stay beside that.

The common areas (reception, restaurant, pool area) were great

The location was great.. walking distance to San Gimignano. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was awesome! And the views were incredible.

Our room was very small for a queen size bedroom. We barely were able to fit two bags.

Hair dryer did not work

Room got flooded overnight. Moved our room the next day and the manager promised us a refund for the one night our room flooded. However, I never received a refund, elen after contacting Booking.com and being told I would get a refund. Bad customer service by the hotel and Booking.com.

We had a superior room for us and economy for our kids. I would recommend always getting a superior room. Super friendly staff (except for one guy) who go the extra mile. Just a few minutes walk from San Gimignano. Great breakfast. Pool is nice, but deep (not for small kids).

The hotel is still transitioning to a new owner. Organization is sometimes chaotic, which sometimes demands patience when ordering food. Rooms are outdated but clean. The economy rooms are very, very small; the bathroom is even smaller.

The best thing about this property is the location.

There were several things that did not meet my expectation related to this property: 1.) there was insufficient parking spaces on property so we had to park around town; 2.) the room we were assigned to was behind the kitchen. We had to enter the hallway through the restaurant back door; 3.) the AC in one of two rooms we booked did not work and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they did not have a response not even an apology.

The property was very nice - I specially loved the common areas of the hotel. The location of the hotel is also great, with an easy walk to the nearby town and local restaurants.

There could be improvement in the overall staff. While the people themselves were very nice, it felt that service was limited in a couple of areas (attentiveness, service on the restaurant, accessibility to transportation at the front desk).

The location is a short walk to San Gimignano central. Peaceful yet close to everywhere. Our room is facing the valley, very nice view especially from the balcony which is bigger than the room itself. The room is pretty small with bathroom but very clean. The only hiccups is that our AC is not cold enough so we open the balcony door intead.They have pool and lounge area pretty big...nice for summmer. The parking also convinient. A good place to stay in San Gimignano.

Well, first off looks like is 4 star hotel when booking it but it’s 3 star tops. No AC in my room so they gave me a fan that didn’t cut it. My room wasn’t small but lacking, mosquitos inside the room (never left window open). Not service of any kind at night. Buy snacks or something because otherwise after 10 pm impossible to get anything. The following means no disrespect but they have a guy cleaning around and the smells it’s just the worst, very very very bad.

The staff were incredible helpful, efficient, friendly and professional, whatever our needs. A special thank you to Maria (front desk) and her colleagues.
