Good breakfast, decent size room with balcony

patio below our room window, noisy street (cars)people talking until after 11pm, not great for good rest if you are leaving early on Via Francigena

location and views -- short walk to san gimignano

was given the older part of this facility so not too impressed -- breakfast was so so ... i think there are better options

The hotel is located in a calm area on a hill just opposite old San Gimignano. 10 minutes walking and you enter the old town. The hotel restaurant is also very good away from the crowds.

Unfortunately the AC in one of our rooms was broken which made sleeping there basically impossible. Also beds were far from comfortable. A real pity...

The emplacement is perfect Beautiful views and very close to the town, I took a bedroom without views but "I wish I had booked a room with a view, if I had known. The breakfast at the garden was really nice.

Staff is very helpful to find parking across the hotel, convenient walk to the center.

The reception person was really kind . He arranged a packed breakfast since we are are walking the via francigena and really early start.The restaurant was awesomely. We had dinner alfresco with complimentary Prosecco. They served typical Tuscan dishes.

I loved the breakfast, the staff was really friendly and helpful and the beds were nice. Location was good, just outside the center and very close the via francigena. Wifi was strong in our room.

The shower filled up with water and overflowed almost immediately.

San Gimignano is a wonderful place and Hotel Da Graziano has completed the experience! My regret is haven’t stayed here more days! The Hotel is perfect! The people on the front desk were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was so good. The room makes you feel like a small village in Tuscany because they are on the other side of the street. A place so quiet and silent. The view is spectacular, and you can go walk to the old city. Our car had a good place to stay too. But, the highest point of these is the Ristorante da Graziano, in the Hotel: the food is amazing, the service is attentive and the garden where is the restaurant reminds you of a film scenario! Don't forget to try it, you will have a fantastic gastronomic experience associated with fantastic accommodation!

in the description there is free parking, in fact it is parking on neighboring streets, first come first serve principle. You have to be careful when they are cleaning the streets because then you can't park.In my opinion, the free parking at the hotel is misleading to the user, it should be indicated at the beginning of the description that it is a municipal parking lot. It is not possible to book a parking space because it does not belong to the hotel

The room we got! With the most gorgeous view you could get of the Unesco World Heritage town of San Gimignano through a hotel window! Photo op to say the least! This from a good sized, clean room with very comfy bed, a desk, a sofa, a couple of chairs, good light etc. The reception and otherstaff were extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. The breakfast selection was good enough. Extra plus for local youghurt for breakfast as well as for the superb restaurant adjacent. Serving fantastic meals at a good price! The semi rural location in a rather quite area less than ten minutes walk to the ancient walls of the old city.

Very good location to walk into the center. We had a room in an external building with a beautifully view of the city. A car parking place is available in front of the hotel. We were supported by the hotel staff to get a place.

The bathroom was quite old and needs to be renovated.

Wow... what a views from the rooms an the balcony. You can see the Toscana mountains and a little bit of San Gimignano. An their restaurant "Enjoy..." was amazing with perfect sunset spot. Delicious and amazing. Highly recommend.

Super location, ald city is nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly stuff. Hotel has a parking.
