Staff very friendly, breakfasts very tasty

Internet a little spotty, and air-conditioning didn't work very well

Great location very walkable to downtown. Good exercise after dinner and wine.

Room and bathroom could use to be a bit bigger but no problem.

Beautiful property, beautiful view and great location. The rooms are comfortable, modern and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is a short walk from town providing some great relaxation. Would highly recommend!

The property is beautiful.And clean.

The staff is very unhappy, angry , everything you ask they make sure to charge you cash only. The elevator not working, They start cleaning the rooms very loudly from very early morning. The air conditioning is controlled by them only so you can’t adjust the temperature in your room. And it was very cold at night time. Especially the washroom, freezing.

Location great, easy to find. Breakfast had great selection. Room spacious and very clean. Great view.

Very happy with our stay

The rooms were spacious and clean and the view was incredible!

The roll down screen in our room was working properly but the screen was detached from the frame, hence we couldn't keep the windows open at night. I also read that the same room we stayed in went for almost 800 US dollars in high peak season. We paid like 150. I absolutely would not stay there for 800 - not a good value

Loved everything

Beautiful hotel! So picturesque! Everyone was very kind and accommodating, location is magical, views are incredible! I would love to come back and just relax for a couple of days when the weather is nicer, I imagine it’s wonderful in the summer! Rooms were clean and comfortable, same for the bath.

Sweet Italian style rooms in an absolutely beautiful location. Stunning views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. This property is set just outside of San Gimignano but is only a short walk into the old town. The pool was a great addition during the warmer weather and we’ve never had such a spectacular view whilst swimming. Definitely would recommend!

Having to pay €10 each for pool use on day of check out, otherwise no complaints.

The location was good especially close to Public transportation. The facility was kept clean and habitable.

It's too costly for what they offer. I was charged €12 for a cup of hot water. I'm certain that the add on Booking.com included Breakfast but when I got to the hotel, I was told otherwise and charged €12 for a very mundane breakfast. Like I said, it's not value for money. And, it's very inconvenient that there's no other meals on the premises except breakfast. And, it's run with a nare number of staff hence one of the days, my room wasn't cleaned and when I asked, I was referred to some fine print which states that cleaning is only up to 12h00. For €700, not acceptable.

Too many signs and rules for us. Air conditioning only between 2pm and 7am.Staff were not very friendly and seem tourist tired to us.
