The property was nice.

Originally I understood that it was free parking but a 5 Euro charge was added for parking. In addition, we got settled in our room and then realized that the bathroom trash can was never emptied after the previous guests. We tried to call the front desk but got no response so then had to set the trash in the hall because it smelled and that is just dirty.

Location is central and has public car parking in front of the hotel.

Bad WiFi.

Location was very cute. Right across from a little pier in town and next to several cute restaurants. This town felt like the seaside village in the movie Luca - so cute! Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - get there early so you can grab a pistachio croissant!! Parking was easy and very close. My biggest praise to this hotel is their customer service. I left a necklace that was very sentimental to me in the bathroom when we checked out. I messaged the hotel and they found it immediately and shipped it home to the US for me. I offered to pay but they just sent it and gave well wishes. Outstanding srvice and my absolute highest praise!!!

Good breakfast, practical parking across the street which you fet for free with hotel confirmation. Everything was clean

Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff.

Locked thermostat, hot room, no way to make room cooler. Loud music from bar downstairs until late at night, people drinking, motorcycles leaving. They increased nightly rentals from €85 to €100. Breakfast was mediocre. Bad, cheap coffee machine. Must pay barista if you want good coffee. Stale croissants.

The location of hotel was perfect, it was near the beach, boardwalk and surrounded by great restaurants. As far as breakfast, it was ok.

Would recommend providing better quality towels.

Don’t stay in 107 room - the exhaust fan in the bathroom make huge noise in the night due to incoming wind.

We had a junior suite, which was comfortable and great for the price. Nicely presented and clean. The location is on the sea front and close to restaurants and bars. The car park opposite is 'pay' but just go through the barrier and take a ticket. On check in the hotel will give you a voucher for free exit at the booth when you leave.

Couldn't get the safe in the room to work and neither could the nice girl at reception, but she did try all she could. Breakfast was okay but they were continually running out of simple things even though the breakfast area wasn't busy. What was busy was the adjacent cafe area belonging to the hotel and it seemed like all the staff were busy there, delivering coffee and taking payments. The staff were friendly but only reactive to the breakfast area and not actively monitoring it.

free parking right across the hotel at the public parking lot in front of the marina. Rooms are ok, bathroom a little bit small but clean. Breakfast is very nice and can be enjoyed outside

Nothing particularly

- the location in the city centre directly at the beach is nice. - also free parking directly in front at the beach is very convenient- most modern interior compared to pretty much any other accomodation (at least in the public spaces and bathroom, not the bedroom itself)

- booking confirmed, several days before my stay, but then the hotel texted me 1 day before arrival, that they did a mistake in the pricing and would cancel if i dont agree on a higher price, which is absolutely unacceptable. it felt like a trap: getting people to book the room, but then asking for more money when they are already on their way and have no chance to book something else. luckily i managed to still take the cheaper price that I lawfully purchased the stay for. - the room was announced as an upgrade, but essentially it only had a tiny window into a vent and was dark 24/7. it felt like a cave- additionally it smelled like french fries or old fat every night. i suspect that the vent was attached to their restaurant. - the cleaning staff came into my room even though I had put up a do not disturb sign AND the do not disturb light.- staff was not friendly

Free parking, nice room with a sea view and good breakfast.

Price in the summer season & August's Carnival can be a bit much, but this is how it is.

Great location and great value. A bit tight for three people but the staff immediately responded with a spare matress. Very nice

Air conditions didn’t work properly - it was too hot in the room

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of the beach areas and dining options. This made exploring the city very convenient and saved a lot of time on commuting.

Lack of gym

The staff were lovely and location excellent.

The surrounding of the hotel was amazing, little town, with a beautiful cost and beach. You can reach everything (shops, bars, bakery) in two minutes. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Ideal for few nights staying.

The breakfast should be more selective.
